"They mailed my purchase to a wrong address. Then, insisted they had to wait to get it back. No refund, no item. Their website states they will not ship to an address that is not verified by your credit card co. That is what they, in fact, did do. There are much better businesses to buy from."
"They charged me and shipped an item that I did not order!
Here's what happened: I entered all the info into the shopping cart and hit 'next'. A confirmation screen came up with the summary of the bill, with a button at the bottom to confirm the order. I left it on this screen while I looked around at a couple other sites and finally ordered the motherboard from Newegg instead. I then closed out the window from ArsenalPC without clicking in the confirm button. Now I know it wasn't the brightest idea to enter in credit card info without having the certain intent to make the purchase, but still, I never confirmed the order. Two days later (yeah, it took that long for them to confirm the order) I got a confirmation email from them and immediately responded to it. It's been another two days and they have yet to write back or answer their phones. Avoid this company! They just want your money."
"ordered a video card. they never shipped it, nor would they respond to any of my emails. avoid this site like the plague !"
"Product did not work when I received it. Returned to ArsenalPC for replacement, and was told that the item was not defective and I would not recieve a replacement or a full refund, even though I sent screenshots clearly indicating to the contrary."
"I ordered a simple socket 478 CPU retention bracket for 1 dollar from these guys (arsenalpc)on November 30th and they charged me 5 dollars shipping. Fine with me, thats more than enough for at least USPS Priority Mail. The day after I placed my order I got an email asking for my feedback about their company. I thought to myself, wow these guys must be pretty efficient. Well 7 days later I got an email saying they shipped my order. 7 DAYS! It is now December 15th (16 days after the order date) and I still don't have the item. I called customer service and got a guy with a russian sounding accent. He told me his best advice was to just wait for it to show up eventually. He said it was sent via regular USPS for 37 cents. I told him that I paid 5 dollars for shipping which should have been enough for at least priority mail, and his response was "ok." He then said "thanks for calling" and pretty much ended the conversation. I will never deal with these people again. I went to their feedback page and it only allows one line of feedback. They must be sick of getting long rants about how awful they are."
"Purchased a mobo/cpu combo. Got call back almost immediately that cpu I wanted was out of stock and tech on phone offered to substitute a 200mhz slower one for $2.00 US less.... Well after laughing a bit, informed him that was no novice and worked out a deal on a bit faster one.
Shipping was ok, not fast, but arrived in 6 days, parts were all new and work ok.
Would recommened them and will use them again, they have good prices and other than the laugher of a call back offer, the transaction was smooth."
"This is the worst company I have EVER purchased from. After paying for an extended warantee, and paying them to test the motherboard, they still managed to send me a defective motherboard. Their worker who I talked to on the phone called me stupid, he called me a liar, and he told me that "there is no way you could possibly know if your product is defective" he also told me that no matter what I do, I probably wont get a refund or a replacement, and I should probably just reorder the product, and PAY FOR IT AGAIN! Never ever buy from them EVER!"
"Quick shipping on my order, however the motherboard had a problem and after many hours of wasted time I decided to throw in the towel and contact Arsenal Pc. I recieved a quick response and was informed that another motherboard would be sent to me. I was relieved to hear such a positive reply especially after being given a hard time from so many other suppliers. Thanks, Bigal"
"ArsenalPC worked hard to replace the defective product that was shipped in a timely manner. Technical support was helpful and friendly."
"Home-user ordered motherboard replacement. Although disfunctional, the company replaced without having to ship the faulty one back."
"I have purchased from MANY mail order companies- from hi-end video equipment to across the spectrum computer equipment.
I have NEVER seen anything like AresnalPC. Soon as I saw the order, it was obvious it had been used- when you deal with electronics all day for over 25 years, you know right away.
Even so, I wouldn't have minded if it worked (this was to construct a secondary system)- but it didn't even work!
To add insult, parts were missing.
The only thing I could say is that they shipped timely (at an additional $11).
When trying to get a replacement or refund--WHOA!-- you have to agree to not only ship the unit back at you own expense, but agree to a possible additional $35 evaluation fee if they found it worked (yea- sure!)- AND a restocking fee 15%.
Hey!-- why not call it what it is-- FRAUD!
These people are NOT TO BE TRUSTED!- they push out USED JUNK!
I have nothing to hide- anyone is welcome to contact me about this at ****@**** -Ed"
"Purchased a CPU, mobo, and RAM from this company. Great prices and received confirmation email quickly - however I have yet to receive ANYTHING from this SCAM of a company. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT whatsoever, and no refund of my money. I am denying the charges on my CC. I hopy these scam artists get what's coming to them."
"Excellent Customer Service, fast shipping & aggreable RMA policy. Will not hesitate to purchase from Arsenal PC again."
"They shipped the same day and I received the product I ordered promptly. Would buy from them again."
"They shipped order promptly and RMA service was great! Keep up the excellent work."
