"A pleasure to deal with this company. I ordered a motherboard, it was delivered when promised and it works great. I emailed their service department with some basic questions and they responded promptly."
"these guys at Target have always gone 'above and beyond' on all my dealings with them, whether it be building a PC per my stats or putting in new parts for my favorite old IBM....if you know what I mean...:)

"This supplier send me an MSI board that popped its capacitors after installation, i told them to please ship me a replacement board here was their response "Dear Customer,
Our team would like to thank your for your recent
purchase, and we look forward to serving you again
in the future. We are sorry for the trouble you are
having with your product and we will be happy to
ship you a replacement.
" I rate this as a good supplier and would use them again for parts."
"Ordered an OEM MicroStar K7T Pro, board. At the same time I ordered an OEM board from another reseller. Unlike them, ArsenalPC did not try to pressure me into buying an upgrade, boxed board or anything extra.
The board came in with capacitors that were on the brink of fault. A quick email conversation, and an RMA, and they said they'd replace the board without a problem.

"Purchased retail MSI cd-rw drive, great price and great product. "
"This is a very good company to do business with. Everything that I asked for was better than I have ever received anywhere. There prices were very good. I will continue doing business with them.

"BAD EXPERIENCE,confirmed doa mobo returned,RMA scam effectively steals 30$claiming board works,
all parts returned for refund losing 20% for restock fee.Process took over 2 months.Judging from many other reviews this is the norm for this company. Stay away buyer beware. WIsh i had read these reviews before doing business with arsenalpc/targetusa. Wont make same mistake twice. "
"The first motherboard I bought from Arsenal was as OEM board pulled from another computer. The motherboard I received we defective. I emailed Arsenal PC with my problem and they responded the same day. I sent the old board back and received a new board a few days later.
Great Service.

"Recived DOA cpu. Returned cpu for rma replacement. Was told that cpu had broken die due to my installation. I am an experienced computer technician and am aware of how to install an AMD cpu."
"This company is a scam, whatever you do, do not buy from them, they will lock you in with hidden fees and restocking fee on junks that does not work! which mean you lose either way but I have never gotten any refund due to their half ass attitude of "who cares" cause you just lost money from stuff that came right out of the trash can once you order and cannot cancel! If you have been burned, do not let them walk away with it, instead dispute the charges with your cc for a full refund and show them who's boss! the $$$ it cost to ship to you and ship back is ridiculous! plus your time wasted talking to their csr who does not care and will frustrate you to no end..also they speak broken engrish, which could be illegal alien from mexico scamming people to make easy money! people beware and watch your pocket money..the more people bitch about the this, the more are aware and avoid these hell merchant that had made my life so depressing ever since i ran into them on pricewatch.com

"I ordered a cpu/mobo/fan combo, case, memory, and hard drive. I had planned on assembling the pieces myself, but discovered that they were planning to assemble them for me. When I told them I would rather not wait the additional 4 days for assembly, they went ahead and shipped them right away - and they still assembled them! Everything has worked as expected. Based on some of the low ratings, I was a bit worried, but my experience has been good. I even took the steps to verify that they shipped me the correct processor and not an overclocked/mislabeled processor. Count me as satisfied."
"I ordered a gigabyte motherboard from arsenal about a month ago. It came in on time....it was wrapped appropriately for a oem board. The board works great. the only problem i have is that it didnt come with a manual. Manuals can be downloaded from Gigabytes site. $58.76 for a descent board which goes for about double that at local pc stores."
"Ordered 2 motherboards and received both. One motherboard was bad.I called customer service and was told they could not help me that I needed to call tech support. After 2 days of calling and getting nobody, I called customer service again and they put me through to tech support. They told me to ship the bad one back and in 3-10 days they would ship another one. This was 2 days before Christmas (this was my son's present) so that did not work for me. The tech support guy said he would refund my money when the old one came in and in the meantime I could order a new one and have it sent overnite. I talked to sales department, ordered a new one, but had to pay $32.00 for overnite delivery. Having no choice at this point, I payed it. I recieved the new motherboard on Christmas Eve. When I put the computer together this time this motherboard was bad too. So after days of frustration and a $32.00 delivery charge I now have to tell my son his present does not work and will have to go buy another motherboard on the 26th to get his gift right! The people I talked to at Arsenal PC were of little to no help and I was told many, many times "I understand your problem but I cannot help you". Their customer service was less than customer friendly. I will never use this company again!!!"
"Awesome! I ordered a MSI 256 DDR Video card on Monday the 1st and I received it one the 4th! outstanding assistance, I recieved email updates with tracking numbers the day I ordered it!"
"oh my, where to start... this was so long ago i don't have the invoice number anymore. i wish i knew about this site before i bought anything from them. i ordered a mobo for my brother. the motherboard i received was a far lesser mobo than that which i ordered. additionally, there was some sort of white tape covering any part of the mobo that would allow me to properly identify it. removing it was horribly difficult because it kept breaking when i pulled on it... i ended up practically scraping it off. sales and tech support were total crap... "i don't understand.. what's the difference?" the price i paid for the mobo i got was about right for what i received, so i just kept it since i wouldn't see my bro again for probably another year. what a worthless company."
