"I ordered this beautiful sofa in March 2020, and it is the most comfortable sofa I have ever owned! I ordered the Sven sofa in grass green, and it is so beautiful! Unfortunately one of my grandchildren decided to spill some thing on it, and I think I made the stain worse by trying to clean it. I called Customer service and spoke to Ariel, and she was more than helpful! I ordered a brand new cushion, when I thought I was going to have to get rid of my entire sofa, or buy a whole new sofa! "They LITTERALLY LEFT THE COUCH RIGHT OUTSIDE MY APARTMENT DOOR. They buzzed up to deliver my couch - I'm thinking GREAT the couch that's been delayed multiple times is finally here!
30 minutes goes by and I'm thinking that's a really long elevator ride. So i decide to see i can go downstairs to check up on them. Sure enough they left a MASSIVE box in front of my door that not even capable of fitting into my apartment. How the heck do you expect a single person to get this into their door? what kind of customer service is this? My suggestion to any person purchasing from article is to stay FAR AWAY DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They do not have any from of customer service. GO with a box store who will actually come to your place and deliver into your unit. Who the hell leave a 2400 couch in the middle of a hallway?
I'm lucky i managed to knock on peoples apartments DURING COVID and put peoples lives in danger offered them 100 dollars to help bring the couch into my apartment. THANK ARTICLE!
