"I ordered 2 drives. I received rebuilt drives. The product description has NOTHING about rebuilt drives. The CR said the 'terms and conditions' state that they can sell new, used, or rebuilt @ their discretion and I am supposed to call before I order to find which will be sent. In my opinion, this is cheating & deceitful & they should be prosecuted for deceptive practices.
She refused to replace the drives. If I want to return them, there is a 20% restocking fee & a deduction of $12.00 for shipping. There was supposedly "free shipping".
In my opinion, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CROOKED COMPANY!!!"
