"I was shopping around for the F22 Raptor Titanium Watch from Luminox and found it at an excellent price at Ashford. The watch itself is cool, though sizing it was a bit of a pain as with all metal wrist band watches.

Received the watch in new condition, super fast delivery, with tracking information almost immediately after placing order.

In summary excellent first time experience shopping from Ashford, and will buy again from them, though the think I have way too many watches in my collection!

"The caliber of the watch that I received is different from the model Ashford specified on the page. The actual caliber is TY2809 from Seagull made in China instead of the Miyota 8N40 made in Japan. "Bought 1 watches. One Movado Men's Watch 0607217 which had a dirty protector on the dial.
The other one is Head Men's Watch H800413 which looks broken from the inside."

"Smooth buy. Watch seems fine and genuine with a Tissot serial number. But no manufacturer warranty for the Tissot, even if it says AD (authorized dealer) AND manufacturer warranty on the website. I wrote to them and they told me in case of a problem to send the watch to them but when I asked if there is a manufacturer warranty or not they did not answer my second email. I registered the watch on the Tissot website, the serial number is recognized but no manufacturer warranty. It is my only complain: they should be honest and state it is an Ashford warranty and not a manufacturer warranty!!!"
