"I ordered a watch from here which took a whole for alleged delivery. I was so excited to see it was apparently delivered but, it was not delivered. I immediately called them and they refused to refund my money asking me to file an affidavit and a police report. I told them I could send them doorbell cam footage but they refused. I am not out of the money with no watch. I can send the info to my bank and get refunded that way. Do not use them. They are scammers. "

"I received my glasses in a timely manner. As soon as I tried them on I quickly knew that they weren't my style. I looked for a return label and could not find one. I reached out to the company and they forward instructions on return. Let me say this... they do not make it easy to return. I've ordered from companies like this in the past so I felt compelled to take pictures and record me packaging, prior to sending back. I did not want to chance inspector stating that there was an issue with returned product. Also, you have to pay for returns and the company requires you to purchase insurance, extra $18 (from where I live) out of my pocket. The glasses was as advertisted, but moving forward I will go back to purchasing my glasses from Nordstorms or Saks. Companys like this nickel and dime. "

"... it was not running. customer service was prompt and helpful offering a $15 reimbursement for having a professional watch repair service replace the battery... The service was $15 plus tax, so the reimbursement was about $1 short of my out of pocket expense... Just a little irritated with having to chase down a battery replacement and having to pay the sales tax out of pocket... Happy with the watch and the price I paid for this dress watch, J (PS two other watches that I ordered from another online watch store came properly set to the right time for my time zone)"
