"The watch I purchased feels cheap, the straps feel like cardboard and I have a hard time believing it is a genuine Tissot product. The return process is nothing less than punitive, with inspections, restocking fees, obnoxious requirements and rude customer service (had to email twice to do a return and had to justify why I wanted to return it).
Seriously, you're competing with Amazon who, for all their flaws, make things simple and reasonable. Won't be using Ashford again. "
