"Awesome customer service is so hard to find. I was ordering a bracelit (at my daughter's request) for Mother's Day and when I received the confirmation email I realized I had indicated the wrong shipping address. PayPal interface can make this confusing as I've had the same thing happen at other online retailers. It's usually not an easy process to have changed. I immediately emailed Ashley Bridget and Kimberly Moore responded immediately and handled it. Awesome and unexpected!!! Thanks for a great experience!!!"

I immediately messaged Ashley Bridget through their live chat messenger service and got a response AND a refund for the 60% within ten minutes.

"I was really looking forward the spirit bracelet, it's really cute online. The color is also exactly what I thought I wanted. I received it today and the whole bracelet is very small and the silver charms are cheap looking and tarnished. I have small wrists and it just barely fit me so I ended up giving it to my daughter. And it barely fits her little wrists. I'm glad I didn't pay full price for this tiny, cheap looking bracelet."

Charlotte B. credited my PayPal account IMMEDIATELY. ON A WEEKEND! The second time, I wanted to return an item I received. Daniel H. asked me if I wanted to exchange it for a different bracelet and I didn't have to return the bracelet I received. I'm going to give it as a gift to a friend. "Ordered Divine & Heavenly in March. Both bracelets broke in less than a month of receiving. Company sent replacement bracelets (1 of which was not the original due to "overselling") & in less than a week upon receiving the Divine bracelet broke again. Because of the "15 day return policy" I only have 2 options, pick a 3RD replacement OR store credit. The customer service was rude & unhelpful. When I requested to speak with a manager, I got the same run around from the original rep. I had to wait 2 days for a follow up call from "Jessica" who apparently does not have a supervisor and refused to let me speak to her superior. "Jessica" then told me if the 3RD bracelet was to become damaged, I would have no other options.....She was VERY rude and probably the worst "customer service rep" I have ever dealt with."
