"Took advantage of the Christmas in July sale, 3 out of my 4 items arrive quickly and correctly. The fourth was incorrect and I emailed customer service who told me to take a picture of the item and the invoice and they would get me the correct one ASAP AND I could keep the wrongly sent item. "I have bought several Ashley Bridget products (5 bracelets and a necklace) and loved them. Although there was one that I wasn't as happy with. When I contacted the Company, I was told that they would send me another one. So I ended up with 2 bracelets that I didn't really like. It wasn't until I got through the entire process via paypay that I noticed that the shipping address to my friend had my last name instead of hers.
