Deliver at their convenience

"Ladies and Gentlemen, stay away from Ashley Furniture until they get this merger between them and Olindes worked out. I love there furniture and decor, but customer service is not there. They are selling you items and not telling you they are having problems with the merger at getting customers their items in a timely manner. If they give you a week from purchase to receive your items, i would add an extra week. Forget about calling corporate, they will tell you real fast they don't have anything to do with it and to take up with the store. It's like they take your payment and we will get you your when available to us. I would shop at Ashleys again, but it want happen until they get better at delivery."

69th ave and bell

"I recently purchased a mattress from the Ashley Furniture on 69th ave and Bell in Glendale, Arizona. My main concern which I expressed to my salesperson was that if I paid for the full service delivery that I needed my old mattress taken away. He said he would put a note on the order. When the delivery men came to my house they had no idea and there was no note for them to take my old mattress away. If I didn’t need my old mattress taken away, I would have just ordered online and paid $60 less. I have a witness that was with me who heard the salesman say he was going to put a note on the order to take the old mattress. After this entire event, I am most likely never going to recommend anyone to Ashley, nor will I shop there ever again. I paid $60 more to have a customer service rep tell me there is nothing they can do for my old mattress. Not Great Service. Not to mention that I did not get a response from customer care when I sent an email on January 20th, 2020."

Does not stand behind product

"We bought outdoor patio table.chairs in May from the Manassas Ashley furniture store. In January (6.5 months later) we noticed the chairs were cracking. We called to alert Ashley. Needless to say took weeks to get a response. Finally after further follow up from us, they said we did not buy an extended warranty and because of the changes in temperature, they will not do anything. Really, it is outdoor furniture. I could understand if it is over a year or several years old. This is the 2nd bad experience we had with Ashley, Needless to say, will never shop there again and recommend no one else does either. "

Horrible Customer Service

"Delivered damaged furniture , lied to me said they would replace it , please keep furniture for now .. Now all they want is to repair there broken furniture in my house ,, I asked for my money back they basically laugh at me . I spent 4000.00 dollars and this is how they treat me. Do your self a big favor shop somewhere else.. Unbelievable that they can get away with this. "

Wish I could give negative stars

"I was told the couch would be there on Tuesday, I had to work my schedule around their drop off time. After having the delivery confirmed, I got a call that morning (30 mins before show up time) That the couch was on back order. They were not going to be able to bring it for another month! Then when we tried calling someone, it took over a week to even get a hold of someone cuz they kept hanging up on us. Once it was finally delivered, they caught a string on something and then had to send out a couch tech. Now we are waiting on a cushion that is taking over a couple weeks to get in and no one has contacted us about it. The couch is not worth the hassle of it. I will never again spend my money here."

Damaged product

"Went to Ashley and bought several pieces of furniture. We spent well over 3,000$ and waited an entire week just to get our product. We finally picked it up, which took almost an hour. We literally just picked it up and it’s damaged. Now we have to wait another week for a replacement. We’re currently waiting in line to return it. Which will probably take another freaking hour. "

Wont' deliver, Poor packing

"My furnitures were not delivered on time and their system is terrible. No way to track the delivery or call someone to get the status. Went to the store the next day and the OFFICE MANAGER told me its the warehouse's problem not theirs. I mean seriously she didn't even care. Its like the customer paid the money and now they don't care. The store manager "David" was a nice guy who had the ethics to talk to a customer and gave me discount of 250$. He assured me that the furnitures will be delivered after 2 days. And the delivery folks lived upto their expectations and did not deliver. They gave me the same freaking excuse as the last time. I called up David the next day and he worked his **** off to get the furnitures delivered.
**The packing was terrible.....they used blankets for packing


Take away: Very bad....sorry the worst experience ever. Don't ever shop at Ashley. If you happen to shop with them, charge 100$ for every late delivery day and believe me you will get the furnitures for free.
The only good thing with my experience was the store manager David who understood my issues and did apologize for the inconvenience.

Go anywhere else

"Recently ordered a sofa and chair from ashley and would give them a negative rating on customer service. Don't order from this company online. They send the order to someone else who does not care about it. In fact I was told it's not their problem that they could not deliver, contact Corporate office. Ordered a month ago and finally cancelled after they could not get the product to us. Go to a more reputable company that cares about their customers"

Worst customer service I've had

"Purchased a sectional at the Fresno RiverPark store. Waited two weeks for delivery and it was the wrong configuration. Had to argue with the store manager to get her to honor the contact. Two weeks later, they bring the exact same couch. After hours on the phone they schedule yet another delivery....two weeks down the road. When they showed up we were told they couldn't remove what was in my house( didn't have and order ) so they left the new couch in my garage. It took them a full month after that before they came for the wrong couch and set the new one up....the parts I'm leaving out are so infuriating and exhausting i can't honestly write about it without becoming extremely agitated and angry. I'll never walk into this store again "

Worst Experience Ever!

"We made the purchase and came with defects. Customer service agreed to exchange. Called the warehouse before we went to check availability and were told we can go. After 1hr drive, when we got there, the front desk woman said they don’t have that item, it was not her telling me the wrong information, and nothing she can do. We need to come again. No one cares, no apologies, no understanding and no smile. Not only the product, the customer service has more problem and cause frustration. They don’t care about their customers. Don’t buy there!"

Worst sales and customer service

"I would give negative stars if I could. Worst sales and customer service I have ever dealt with. I bought and paid for a bedroom set on 11/29/19. The sales rep failed to order all the pieces needed. I have been sleeping on just a mattress laying on the floor for the past month. While part of my new bed is leaned against the wall useless (delivered on 12/11/19). I have called the store several times trying to get what I paid cash for. Their customer service is no help. I still haven’t received an answer or time frame for the rest of my order. Today’s date is 01/09/2020. I have spent a lot of time on hold and waiting for them to not return my call. I would post a picture if it would let me. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere!

Simply The Worst

"I have had some negative customer service experiences in my life, but this company is by far the worst and deserves absolutely nobody's heard earned money. I spent one hour last night talking to seven different people all saying they could not help me simply order two seat cushions. Two of them even hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager, and sounded almost happy that they were not going to help me, even after explaining I had talked to many different people. They must have terrible leadership, or pay very low wages.. they just hire complete idiots. Would NOT recommend to my family or friends."

Do not stand by their word

"BUYER BEWARE!!! Hopefully this helps so no one else gets shafted like we did! I'm so not happy with the color or the noises my recliner is making. Plus the rub Mark's found on the couches at the time of delivery.

We purchased a living room set, which was supposed to be a gray color. Upon delivery the one recliner was totally different in color than the other three pieces. None of which match the color of that in the store. I called the store immediately and spoke with Kendall he told me they would make it right and to email their service dept. Well, i did and hadn't heard anything. So after I even put in different light bulbs to see if that made a difference. Nope still not even close. I spoke with Kendall again today and they will take it back if we want to pay a 20% restocking fee and the $130 delivery fee! Imo sorry but with a $2400 purchase it should just be made right. All they wanted to do was replace the one recliner. Nopr, it doesn't fix the tub Mark's or the wrong color of the other pieces. So, please save yourself the headache and DO NOT buy from Ashley furniture! Plus there are major rub/rough Mark's that they wont even address other than take a lint brush to them it will take it away. Nope not working!

The purchase date was 11/30/19 with delivery around 12/26/19. However, it didn't come until 1/3/20
