"As others have noted it's very frustrating that they don't let you use the UPS functionality of redirecting to a UPS store. The item requires a signature which is fine but I would be not home during part of the delivery window so I wanted to just redirect it as I've done many times with other companies.

I didn't bother calling as I saw multiple reviews on the BBB about orders being canceled just for "inquiring" about changing the address. They have some serious policy changes needed at antonline. "
