"Bought a Surface Pro 7 from them because they seemed to be affiliated with Walmart and product was supposed to be brand new (it shipped in original packaging, but when it bricked after 3 weeks was unable to return to Walmart, and Antonline says their 30 day warranty begins the day you order, not from the day it arrives (it took 2 weeks to ship). Now I am left with sending it to Microsoft for a refurbished version of a "similar product". Should have just bought refurbished and saved a few hundred bucks, would have probably wound up with a better unit. Microsoft will probably just put my bricked Surface Pro 7 into a box and sell it back to Antonline again - wished I'd looked at the reviews before ordering from them!"
"Have an on an on-going issue I’m currently having with Antonline in regards to an potential identity theft, data breach, or mistake on Antonline part which occurred on Antonline with my information. I’m hoping it’s the latter of the three and Antonline can help in addressing my issue. I do have a police report generated and investigator ready to reach out to Antonline if I’m unable to solve my issue through Antonline first.
On July 14th I placed an order for a PS5 for the first time through Antonline and a few hours later I received the following email from David Miller:

I was immediately alarmed and confused – this was my first time ordering through Antonline so I definitely could not have placed an order before. Initially, I assumed the order was cancelled because I had received two “order confirmations” with the same order number and the system thought it may have been a duplicate. I emailed support team a few times and finally two days later I receive the following email:

I am very sorry you are unhappy. We have a one per customer and show an order for a PlayStation in June. This order was canceled as noted.

Needless to say, the response itself was very underwhelming but more so, I was very concerned as I never placed an order from Antonline before. The fact the support team mentioned I ordered a Playstation in June is simply not true. I called the authorities and got a police case generated and identity theft investigator assigned to inform them someone had used my information to order something online with my name. I was recommended to reach out and get more information and so I followed up with Antonline customer support for the Order number in question which was placed in June and received the following email:

Again, in my opinion, a very underwhelming response with no care taken or sense of urgency as I mentioned I may have been a victim of identity theft.
After looking up the details of the Order # I noticed the address was to another resident in my building.
Which now makes me believe that whoever cancelled my order may have thought the address was for the same person when in reality, I live in a very large apartment complex. I'm in an apartment building and my unit number is different than the resident. If the support team canceled my order due to this “assumption” this is major mistake and I would like Antonline to make this wrong a right. However, if the other resident actually used any of my information as part of the order, I need to know – and customer service has not been helpful as I would need to press charges.
Needless to say, I’ve been having a horrible experience with customer support and I’m constantly told to just email the support team, which I have been, but they have been very unhelpful in this matter with no sense of urgency or care taken."
"I placed an order with ANTOnline over two weeks ago. The scheduled delivery date for the shipment to arrive came and went. I reached out to their support and received a generic template response about increased shipping times and to please be patient. UPS responded to file a claim to begin an investigation. The investigation was concluded within a few days and a loss claim was approved by UPS with instructions to reach out to ANTOnline for further details about 4 business days after my initial support tickets were raised. I raised another support ticket with ANTOnline with all of the information from UPS and received the exact same template response about increased shipping times. I have reached out multiple times to their customer support line only to be told that customer support can only be handled via the email ticketing system and they are only around to assist in opening tickets and cannot provide any help. So now it is two weeks since my package was supposed to have been delivered and a week and a half since my first ticket with nothing to show for it except $1000 less dollars in my bank account."
"One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. I purchased a PlayStation 5 disc version bundle on 6/14/21 and they gave me a confirmation email, then turned around and started they are going to process my cancellation at my request. I’ve tried for 8 hours on 6/14/21 & 2 hours on 6/15/21 & every time I get to the point I’m supposed to take to a customer service represent active, they disconnected my call. I also since more than 10 emails requesting my order be processed as I never sent an email to have my order cancelled at all. I asked a question to verify that I order the right stuff & that my order was right but that was it. I never request a refund or a cancel of my order, but the fact they would lie & say I requested was unacceptable, unprofessional, not legal & a lie that needed to be fix. No one reached out to me to fix the matter, I sent them all my emails, all my phone numbers & still continued to reach out to them to fix this. They are ignoring me & I reached out to them on Facebook, Twitter and IG. I do not know what else to do but they are a terrible company for this screw up and then they didn’t even try to fix it or take ownership. I already filed a complaint on the Better Business Bureau. And every place I can place this review and complaint I will do so. I have all the evidence in the world that I never requested a refund or a cancellation of my order. I been trying to get a Playstation 5 disc version since it was released in November & we are at month 7. For 7 months I’ve been trying to get this system, so why the hell would I cancel my own order & I’ve been trying so hard to get it. Been following IG and Twitter retailer restock tweets to try to get the opportunity to get this system & for them to lie about me cancelling my own order when I did not do that & then being nonchalant like they don’t care they messed up & are not talking ownership for the issue nor are trying to fix it is pathetic. I hope no one has to go through this disappointing ordeal, this disrespectful situation & this overall lack of professionalism with this company. I had hope for them & gave them several chances to fix & correct the issue but they refused to do so because they refused to acknowledge they did anything wrong. "Purchased a bundle package from them. Shipped quickly. The package came pretty banged up and there we’re several item missing. I emailed their support team and filed a ticket several times and received no response. After calling customer service who couldn’t help me I emailed again and they finally responded. I still have the original box which I sent them photos of but they basically said they sent everything and there was nothing they could do despite the items not being in the box. Customer service is dismissive and terrible. No help or guidance at all, no remorse. Now i am out $200 worth of products with no outlet to rectify the situation. Will never order from them again. "
