"First off: Be sure to sort the ResellerRatings by 1-star and "recent" reviews. Read them over. You'll find a pretty clear and consistent story about how bad ANTOnline -really- is.
Now for my story:
Ordered an AMD Ryzen 9 5900x on their site. I noticed that I was hit with a $15 shipping fee for that part and wondered why or if it was a system error.
I called their "Customer Service" phone number. I quickly found out how those folks are super nice and totally useless. They cannot answer any questions of substance about any order and must always defer to the "Support Team". So when I asked about the shipping charge, that was sent to that "Support Team". I was clear in my query that I was not upset about the charge but merely curious if it was valid or not. I was happy enough to pay it, if it was working as intended. The lady said she'd send my query to the "Support Team" and then ended the call with me.
About an hour or two later I received emails from their "Support Team" telling me that my order was cancelled "at your request" -- I NEVER REQUESTED A CANCELLATION. An outright lie of this kind is wholly unprofessional and unacceptable.
In short: Don't do business with a company when their front-line customer service folk cannot answer BASIC QUESTIONS and the "Support Team" won't ever engage with you for a civil discussion on the phone.
ANTOnline is a shameful and horrid company in today's world - stuck in an age where customer abuse is acceptable.
I have my money back and I will absolutely be telling everyone to avoid buying anything from this company, in the future."
"Overall great experience ordered a GTX3080 bundle with CPU. Shipped quickly and arrived on time and everything works. I take .5 of a star off due to the excess markup (due to Nvidia shortages) from MSRP on the RTX 3080, though it was much less then other online retailers due to the bundle I chose, which I needed anyway. Newegg for example is doing the same bundles just less added MSRP markup."

This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks.
I bought my item the same day there were some PS5s went for sale and as per Antonline.com Twitter they were understandably bombarded with traffic. Unfortunately it looks like I am now blocked from going back until the new security is fine tuned. Hopefully this hasn't happened to other customers as I was looking forward to coming back.

"I got tired of dragging wires across my house to hook my laptop up to my TV, and then I came across the Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter. I checked around, and ANTOnline had one in stock, and I bought it. A couple of days later, it was at my door. It works great, and now I can push the video from my laptop to my big-screen TV, without the annoying wires!"
"I preordered a PS5 bundle, they charged me twice for the one bundle. You have to email support to resolve the issue. The ****@$% emailed me back saying the second charge was on an "authorization" and threatened to cancel my order if I continued to email them. I have my credit card statement, they billed me twice. They have now canceled my order, which is fine as I will never do business with them but now I have to go through my credit card company to get my money back. I'm also contacting the Georgia Attorney General about them. I have loads of time to deal with them and I won't go away. Companies like this should not exist in this country, it's really unbelievable. I've never been treated so rudely and if you check their reviews on trustworthy sites, you will see. Check out how many complaints they have had with the Better Business Bureau. My complaint to them is coming also. You've been warned, don't deal with them. "

"Terrible customer service, Ryan the "customer service" rep was no help to me. Prior to my call, my co-worker right next to me (minutes prior to me calling) called and they took his information, Name, email, phone number for a potential pre order availability, told him they would be in touch in the next few days with an update for the preorder. I decided to call them while he was still on the call giving his information. I call and Ryan answers (sounds like he was still in bed, I felt like I was disturbing him by the tone of his voice, I could feel and tell he didn't want anything to do with my call). He was rude and then he just hung up on me after asking a question about getting on the pre order list. I do not recommend this company to anyone, and would never give them my business. Seems like these other reviews/complaints here are accurate, especially their lack of "customer service/support." "
