"I had no trouble with the order and got it promptly, which was great, but it was a gift and it turned out to be the wrong color so I wanted to return it, and that email from ANT really lacked the customer service touch. That email contained a litany of all the reasons the refund would be refused. I think I counted the word "refused" a dozen times in that email. Not that ANT doesn't have the right to refuse returns, but the tone of the email was so unfriendly and unwelcoming, that I plan to never use ANT again. Most stores that have the customer service part down will make the customer feel OK about needing to occasionally return something-- this one made it feel like ANT was doing me a gigantic favor by accepting a return, and only if I did every single thing exactly right, and like I should feel very lucky that they are deigning to accept my return. "Do not buy from this vendor! They were going to charge me almost half of what the laptop cost for a refund. I had tried out the laptop and did not like and packed it in it's original box with all accessories ready be shipped back the very next day.
I made the mistake thinking the seller was Amazon as Amazon CARES about their loyal customer by accepting returns and providing full refund.
I cannot believe Im being charged for 30% restocking fee for this return. Now I am stuck with a laptop that I dont like.
Do NOT buy from Antonline...unless you want to pay them 30% of your purchase for a return. "

"I bought a radar detector from them on Dec2 for my sons xmas present. I watched the tracking from when UPS received it on DEC 6. On Dec10 Stats said seller interfepted the package and wanted it back...well it made it all the way to UPs 100 miles from my house, then I saw another intercept request by the seller to UPS to return it to the...NEedless to say the seller never explained why they did not honor the purchase. Via Paypal I disputed, and Newegg whom brokered the purchase sent me my money back...I called ANTONLINE and talked with a woman who said she would email me back but never did..now its too late before xmas to order another...BEWARE THIS SELLER"
