"I ordered a computer from them on 7/24/13. For 5 days the site said it was in the warehouse awaiting shipment. I called on 7/29 to check the status and was told they didn't know when it would ship but they would open a support ticket and I should hear back within 48 hours. On 7/31 I called back and they still didn't know. So I cancelled the order. On 8/6 I received an email with shipping information. Only the label was created at this point. (by this time I purchased one elsewhere). I tried calling them but got voicemail and then it disconnected me. I tried emailing them to tell them I had cancelled the order and not to ship it. Never heard back. Today (8/7) I received delivery notification that it would be here tomorrow. I emailed them that I would refuse the shipment since I had cancelled the order. This is what they finally emailed me back
"Refused shipments are treated as buyers remorse returns. Shipping charges both ways are deducted for refund as is a 15% restock charge"
The original order was supposed to ship within 2 days, NOT 2 weeks of the order. My credit card company will take care of it for me.
There invoice never stated anything about the shipping both ways, it did state that there would be a 15% restocking fee, however, they did not ship within their own time parameters so I will get my money back.
In all my years of online purchasing, this is the worst customer service and company I have ever dealt with.

"Do not buy from this vender. They will not accept returns of defective merchandise if the merchandise can be used in any way with "consumables TVs and monitors, computer products,
laser printers, scanners, fax and other devices with delicate optics."
AMAZON, also refused to honor the RMA return, standing behind their vender. My advice, buy at your local Fry's or brick and mortar business or verify that the vender will stand behind defective merchandise. This vender will NOT.
They also shipped late, and then tried to claim that the warranty period starts when they item is ordered.
I bought an external back up hard drive system, that was defective when first used, and making it NOT RELIABLE for future use, but they REFUSED TO accept a return within 15 days of receiving it.
I had to buy a case from a different vender and salvage the hard drives, and return the defective case to the manufacturer. "
"As in the past, this order for an 8 GB flash drive and hard to find HDMI/HDMI Mini cable, was filled promptly, at very fair prices and the order arrived in excellent shape. "They knowingly and deliberately sold a used item as new in addition to the item not working properly. The touch screen part of the monitor didn't work and I suspect that's why it was returned by the previous owner. I tested the monitor on two different computers (Win 7 & 8 with HDMI and DVI cables) with the same result. I've bought Acer products before from other companies and they never came without plastic, broken Acer company seals, and have fingerprints all over the screen. I also know for a fact that Acer doesn't put their cables and accessories in kitchen zip lock bags. What type of company would try to sell something like that as new? It was also missing the installation instructions that are supposed to be included. When I inquired why I was not being refunded the full amount they said I was "untruthful". Very unprofessional. If they didn't try to sell a used monitor as new to begin with I would have gladly requested a replacement on the broken monitor. I've purchased over $10,000 worth of stuff from Amazon over the years and this is the only one I got used and defective and had to return. I will never do business with AntOnline again."
