"Terrible return policy. They don't accept returns within 30 days of purchase! Their RMA is only valid for 10 days. Past those 10 days they won't accept a return. Being within 30 days from the purchase date doesn't count!
It's actually not illegal but a very shady and infuriating policy none the less. If you ever expect you might have to return something go somewhere else. Shop from reputable store. I don't think I ever heard of a store that didn't accept a return within 30 days of purchase when the items are in flawless condition (never opened). Unbelievable!"
