"ANTOnline!!!!! Was searching for mini notebook. I found their webpage and discovered great items at great prices. Put order in for an HP mini notebook and set back to wait for my confirmations on acceptance and pending shipping information. To my surprise, almost daily I received e-mails of order confirmation, shipping information, and tracking numbers for transporter. I received my product in record time and will utilize ANTOnline for any future electronic purhaces. Great service and followup. Has concern and interest in their customer satisfaction which is number 1 for me Gene of Port Charlotte

"Outstanding service, and a very happy customer! I needed the item ASAP. ANTOnline had the lowest price I could find on the web and advertised shipping within 24 hours. I placed the order in the evening and it shipped the next morning! The item was very well packaged to avoid damage and it was "as advertised". "Wonderful vendor. Ordered OEM part for Panasonic multifunction machine. It arrived quickly and did not work. New drum and toner only printed on right side of page. Panasonic said to return it where it was purchased. Antonline would not refund it as they said it was opened and therefore not resellable. Its not resellable as it doesn't work. Would not authorize a return. Charged it back on credit card. Time to give Antonline a big tubesteak"

"ANTOnline had a listing on Buy.com for new Cisco ADSLOoPOTS cards for certain models of Cisco routers. These were described as Mfg. Model HWIC-1ADSL (model with works over Plain Old Telephone System (POTS) phone lines. I ordered two for my Cisco 1841 router so that I could bond two DSL line for higher speed. What ANTOnline shipped to me were two HWIC-1ADSLI cards which will only work over ISDN lines (who still has those?). Even though I pointed out the error in their ad listing, they refuse to deal with me and allow me to return them for a full refund. Now they won't even respond to my calls and emails.

Deal with these scammers at your own risk!

"I purchased a part from antoline through Amazon.com and had to return it. Antoline accepted the returned part so I place my order directly with them for the replace part. I was very please with their service. They send what I ask for in the time frame promised. Both times. I ordered the wrong part because I did not know it was not compatible with the video card I had just put in my husband's computer. "

"Ad was misleading. Did not realize the Intellitone Pro 200 probe I was buying did not come with a toner and would be useless to me without also buying one for an additional $125. I had snipped off the top of the packaging to remove the probe. Once I realized it was not going to work, I put everything back in the original packaging and taped the top back on so you could barely tell it had been opened, but was told I could not get even a partial refund because it had been opened."

I received several emails updating me about my account creation status, order confirmation and shipping notice. A classic online order. "I purchased a high-end laptop from ANT online based on an inaccurate description on their product page. When I found out the real features for that model# the next day I tried to cancel but they refused and insisted on a hefty 15% restocking fee if I were to return the package unopened. A few days later the product page went from 13 in-stock to the product not existing at all (no corrected description, not even an indication it was out of stock). Contemplating a return, I read their RMA page which says they cannot provide tracking info because of their special shipping procedures--This is the opposite of the impression their ordering FAQ gives which goes into detail about the tracking info they supposedly provide to customers. Still waiting for the laptop to arrive several weeks later, I complained to the BBB and Google Wallet and subsequently made a second request to ANT for a cancelation/refund which they granted. The shipment never did arrive and I doubt it was ever shipped. My shopping experience with ANT was truly a bizarre and infuriating one.
Feb.8: Sadly, the ANT response is a wall of denials. In the few days after I placed the order they told me more than once that UPS had the laptop-- once as an email which I still have. I also have a PDF snapshot of their product page and the description consists of only a couple lines of text. ANT seems to have no qualms about lying to maintain PR levels. Its becoming clear they also lie about shipping to prevent people from canceling orders.

We did process this order for shipment, and also later went above and beyond to cancel their order for them ASAP. We also made sure their purchase was refunded to them. We go to extreme measures for all customers, because we want to offer the highest quality of customer service, and satisfy every customer every opportunity that we get. "I ordered a on January 24th, with the promise that it would be shipped no later than January 28th. Shipping confirmation through Amazon or an authorized seller like Antonline is usually received before 6pm CST. By 8pm, I still had not received shipping confirmation, so I requested the order be canceled. WITHIN MINUTES of my request, I received shipping confirmation (8:17pm to be exact). I tried multiple times to contact the seller, to no avail, and only received a cold response the next day, insisting the package had left the seller's hands the day before. Oddly enough, as I tracked my package, it appeared the label had been created on the 28th, but that the shipper (UPSMI) had not received the package until the 29th.

I received my package yesterday, and proceeded to file a return with the seller, only to discover the fine print in the return policy, not only includes a 15% restocking fee, but I am responsible for the return shipping AND the original cost of the seller's shipping which had originally been provided to me at no fee!

Oh, and did I mention that as this played out, I found an identical item for less, with much more prompt shipping? Yep. Amazon.com LLC got it to me.

I will not be returning this item, as I calculate that with double-shipping fees, and a ridiculous restocking fee, I will lose less by reselling the product on ebay, but I will not fail to warn all potential buyers of the less-than-ethical practices of Antonline!

“Actually, we offer the same return policies that other large re-sellers do, and charge cheaper fees. We apologize that this customer later changed their mind about wanting their order. We post out return policies on our direct website, on all selling channels, and also on every order confirmation in the terms and conditions that you must agree to prior to purchasing. Electronic products are generally not able to be resold once they have been shipped multiple times. The shipping process generally roughs up the packaging, and even sometimes damages the items. We have a very high, and well maintained reputation for offering the best prices on the highest quality of products for a reason! We make sure that our items arrive brand new, in perfect working condition!!”
