"After having issues placing an order on the Lenovo website, I found the same unit at ANTOnline at a much better price. The product arrived promptly and works as well as I would have expected coming direct from the manufacturer. "My first order was shipped promptly and arrived in good condition, and in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with the order. I emailed customer support, expecting a delay of several days, receiving an insincere apology and maybe an offer to exchange the item. What I got was a swift reply with a great solution that FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. Needless to say, ANTOnline is now on my preferred list of vendors. "

"I ordered a gift for my grandson on 12/7/12. I was told by my wife it was the wrong item and tried to cancel within minutes of placing the order. I was unable to cancel order. I refused shipment. "Thank you for reaching back out to us. Refused deliveries incur shipping charges both ways, and a possible retocking fee per our posted policies." this was their response. Due to these extremely uncustomer friendly policies, I SUGGEST YOU SHOP ELSEWHERE!!! There are many other merchants online that will treat you fairly. BTW - there was a 3 day delay between the order and shipping date - plenty of time to pull the order and not ship. RUN ELSEWHERE TO SHOP.

The response - they are sorry I am upset - but they have the product back in its original packaging, and I get charged a fee... nice way to earn extra income. 3 days, they could not pull from shipping - but then they could not charge the fee and get free income. (remember i was charged shipping both ways as well. (I will be checking with Postal service - refused delivery - the customer is not supposed to have to pay shipping). may a complaint with the postal service. The only way the rating is this high is that they seeded the reviews. Please remember to check out the site listed above. If even one customer goes elsewhere - then I have done a great public service.

“We are very sorry that this customer is upset, and later changed their mind about their purchase after placing the order. We are a very large, reputable company known to have the fastest shipping times, and lowest prices. Refusing a package is very costly for both the company and the shipping carrier. We advise requesting an unopened item RMA through our RMA department for the cheapest, fastest return resolution. Refusing a package is not only costly, but can take longer to receive back which unfortunately causes longer wait times for a refund.

We apologize they are upset!”

"Purchased a Synology DS1812+ (approx $1100) from AntOnline via their Amazon store. Product showed 3-5 days shipping ETA. E-mailed them after 2-weeks of no product & no response. E-mailed a second time after no reply to ask if product had shipped & if it hadn't, to cancel order, and said I didn't hear back I would re-order elsewhere. That prompted them to ship the item the next day, but I had already re-ordered the prior evening. Product arrived (they had not even bothered to ship it expedited to make up for the delay) & I e-mailed them asking for an RMA to return because I had already purchased and received same item from Amazon direct. They refused, stating the RMA return "window" of 30 days (from date of order) had expired. The item from ANTOnline took over 3 weeks to arrive, and that notwithstanding I had asked them for an RMA to return the UNOPENED item on the 30th day after the order. Fortunately, I had placed the order via Amazon, and Amazon honored their A-Z guarantee and made ANTOnline accept the return. What an immoral and dispicable company. We will never purchase from ANTOnline again, either directly or indirectly through Amazon. Amazon is far easier to deal with and saving the extra $40 wasn't worth the headaches. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Your Total Projected Delivery timeframe of 10 business days from the date the order was placed on 11/14/12, which puts delivery occurring on 11/28/12 (today), and that has not occurred. In my previous e-mail I had requested the tracking # information for this order as the order should not take 10 business days to process before being shipped. If you did not provide the tracking number information because antonline has not yet shipped the order, the let me know as soon as possible so that we can cancel this order and have it fulfilled elsewhere.

It is ridiculous that it took over TWO WEEKS to PROCESS this order before shipping, and it appears that the order was only processed after I contacted antonline to obtain shipping status…
…Furthermore, despite your delay in processing, you shipped the order via UPS Ground rather than a more expeditious method that would mitigate further delay.
As I requested in my previous e-mail, if the order had not shipped (which is now evident from the tracking information you finally submitted) you were to notify me immediately so that the order could be canceled; antonline was not instructed to ship the order the following day.

*Shipment from ANT-Online did not arrive until 12/5/12, over 3 weeks after the order was placed. ANT-Online’s earlier comment that “California has enacted interstate e-Commerce laws that complicate shipping and regulations from out of state Internet resellers and add time to processing and shipping” is an outright lie. California has no special shipping laws for items of this type, only sales e-commerce sales tax laws, and shipping is only delayed because they use the extra time to procrastinate.

“We truly hate that this customer is upset with us. We informed the customer ASAP of a California shipping delay , and noted to them it would take us about 10 days to get the package to them. A few days later we got a response asking for tracking, which we responded we would ask the warehouse for an update. Later that afternoon, we received the cancellation request, but it was too late. The warehouse had already put on the UPS track for shipment. We shipped on 11/29, and the item arrived just a few days later. We were then contacted on 12/13/2012, a few days past the 30 day return window, and we granted exception for return through Amazon. A somewhat complicated process, but in the end we made the customer happy to best of our abilty. We truly try to make everyone happy :)”

"Worst Customer Service that I have ever experienced! I purchased a leatherman pocket knife for my husband on 11/27 as a Christmas gift, he did not open it until 12/25. I chose the wrong model. The company was closed for the holidays, when they reopened, they would not except my return because the 30-day return policy had expired. Disgrace to customer services."

Order was made on Nobember 3, 2012 and the product was delivered to a Kansas farm location south of Hays, KS on November 8. Packing was not damaged and the computer started up without a problem.
