"Do not place a single order with this company. They advertise low prices on items in turn you buy and they give you the run around for almost a month. I tried purchasing an iPhone case which they said was in stock when I inquired. A day later after I gave them my credit card I receive an email from David D stating the product is backordered. He says that the product will be restocked shortly so I reply and keep my order open. His next response is the eta on restocking product is 1-2 weeks. I finally received an email 3 weeks later saying that the item is no longer available. I say again do not place an order with this company. They may have the best listed price but I believe straight forward and truthful customer service is worth a couple extra dollars. "

"Awful, no customer service, They do not support anything, they do not make that clear until you purchase it, even then it is buried in gumbo-jumbo. I purchased a Sim card for a trip to Italy, I installed it on my new unlocked cell phone, and found there was no phone number. I tried everything (2-3 hours of my time doing goggle research for this!)to get a number, After calling their customers service 4-5 times I was just told to call the manufacturer, yet they refused or could not provide a telephone number, THEY where CLUELESS!!. After the many calls & failed attempts to find a manufactures number, I had to purchased it from another provider, Nat Geographic and they DO provide the phone number. Other venders I spoke with DO the same but NOT Ant online. I told them I will have to purchase it elsewhere, since, as I explained to them, I am departing soon and need this number now. After the last call to them with no help no number, I gave up! Now they email me (after 2 secessions with their return people) an international number in Italy to call (after I gave up and was told there is no number). Hoping that whom ever I speak with in Italy is multilingual and the international long distance bill is under $50.00. This is totally unacceptable and does not make for a positive impression in the marketplace. They have dropped the ball and are kicking it down the court. I put a stop payment on my credit card and will NEVER do bushiness with them again. I suggest the same, they are smarmy!!"
