"They list things for sale that they don't actually have in stock. They charge your credit card and lie about the product shipping, then tell you a few days later it's on backorder. Of course it takes over a week to refund your money. So if you see anything on their site that looks like a good deal, it's probably just them fishing for an interest free loan. Customer service is also quite rude in a subtle way."

"This little sewing machine was excellent! I made all my outdoor deck cushions (14) and they turned out perfect. I would strongly recommend buying this machine to anyone. It is a little tricky at first to sew with but just read the directions as it works great! It is not designed for heavy duty sewing. I even used the battery option and possibly plan on doing more sewing as needed with it. No complaints here!
