"I ordered a Johnson 24" Leveler from ANTOnline (via Sears). The item arrived in a timely manner, but it was not as described on their website. It was virtually impossible to reach a human voice at ANTOline's customer service. ANTOnline uses a generic automatic email system for returns. They wanted me to pay for return shipping, in addition to a 15% restocking fee (for them shipping me the wrong item!!). After reading other negative reviews about ANTOline, they seem to have a systematic pattern of shipping the wrong items and then giving customers the run-around. I was eventually able to get my dispute resolved by Sears. However, I will NEVER order anything else from ANTOline!!"
