I purchased an item from the company. Two hours later I discovered that I had the wrong shipping address. When I finally was able to contact them the next morning ( customer service was closed due to weather) a "customer service" rep told me the shipping label had been prepared and could not do anything about it. I then called UPS who told me the shipper could easily change the shipping address. I emailed the company back and even gave the the URL and told them how to do it.
The company response NOTHING CAN BE CHANGED!!"
