Reputable dealers don't penalize their customers when they sell a defective product. They say that their policy is to make buyers pay return shipping, but this is not reasonable with a vastly defective product.

We got a replacement battery for our Vtech cordless phone from ANTOnline. The battery was defective:
1. It's designed to clip on the back of the phone, but would not stay in place because of bad molding of the battery case.
2. The battery would not charge.

In addition, the battery arrived loose in the UPS bubble mailer ANTOnline used - it had come out of its packaging.
