"I have used Atlas Choice at least a dozen times for car rentals, and only on one occasion was I able to find a less expensive alternative. Generally, they partner with prominent car rental companies and offer considerably lower prices than those companies' web sites. I always check Atlas Choice first."

"I did not get the size or style of the car I paid for. Rented a 4-door Nissan Versa or equivalent. What I got was a 2-door Fiat 500 with room only for 2 persons and one luggage bag. Agreed to and paid for an all inclusive rental. The rental car company, Alamo, has decided to charge me again for taxes and surcharge even though Atlas Choice to me I had already paid for these charges. This was not a good experience. It was a nightmare."

"Despite prepaying the full car rental price and checking with atlas prior to my departure whether there was anything else I needed to do the car hire company had no record of my booking when I arrived to pick up the car. As it was Sunday there was no answer from atlas who were closed leaving me having to pay a second time for hiring a car. 10 days later still waiting for explanation from atlas and refund.

When I called then on the Monday the service representative was very sympathetic, but despite promising to call me back in 30 minutes he did not call me back at all. "
