"I paid Atlas to reduce my excess to as low as possible. When I checked with the rental company on vehicle pick up they advised me that if there was an accident I would have to pay the full excess and then claim this back from Atlas. I was also advised that it did not cover me for the excess of any other party if I was at fault. I ended up have to purchase additional insurance coverage from the vehicle rental company to get the full coverage. I needn't have purchased the Atlas excess coverage.

Further more Atlas using a late model picture of a Toyota Corolla and when I arrived I was offered a Chinese car called Cherry. When I raised an issue with this I was given a Nissan Tilda that had done a 140,000km. Not what I thought I had paid for.

There are many cheaper options with more surety of vehicle quality than Atlas.

I will certainly not use them again and cannot recommend them."

"Arrived at airport, no shuttle picked us up, had to get a taxi which costed $30.00. Went to car rental business and it was closed, had to have taxi take us back to airport and get another company to pick us up and pay for another car thru their company. Would never recommend this company. Have contact their customer service and they have not taken care of anything. No refund and no response. Stay away from this company. They are a third party contact. BEWARE!!!!"

"Choosing Atlaschoice was great experience, but car vendor (Dollar rentall) chosen by Atlaschoice and specificaly the associate behind their desk was disaster she did not want to release the car if i did nor purchase their insurance despite my refusal. Finaly i agreed so i can get the car with the insurance cost of 209.00 dollars for seven days almost double the price for rental car. The following day i did call corporate office and they asked me to go to nearest corporate shop so they removed the insurance charge minus 1 1/2 day.

The car we ordered was unavailable at collection and we were given no choice but to accept a car that was smaller and had not be cleaned from the previous customer. "Although I had an AtlasChoice Unlimited Mileage reservation for a 1-week period, AtlasChoice "Partner" -- Fox Rent A Car (6801 South Las Vegas Boulevard [Off Airport], Las Vegas, NV 89123) charged an ADDITIONAL US$125.40 for "Total Time and Mileage" based on a 1-week rental period. I would strongly recommend that AtlasChoice immediately discontinue car hire business with this "Partner." Additionally the "Partner" was unapologetic and discourteous toward me when I brought this matter to [their] attention. I had no choice but to capitulate in this matter I had no transportation alternative to this vehicle hire contract. Thank you."
