Improvement areas: 1) Lack of notification on shipment status, had to email to find out if product shipped out 2) Very slow delivery via Fed Ex - order placed May 1st, not yet received on May 8th. Fed Ex finally shipped out on May 5th so 4 day delay + sat in Sacramento location for 1 day. Wonder why? UPS much better on delivering packages on time. "

"Fantastic experience. I purchased two APC S10 UPS devices from them and the items shipped out quickly and came in perfect condition.

Upon arrival I realized that they were too big to fit my A/V cabinet and I needed to return them. Audioholics quickly sent me the return information and sent me a shipping label for another order they had just received so I only had to pay for shipping one device back (I have never seen or heard of a seller doing that).
