"Hello I have recently ordered a theater system through Audioholics
on January 9th 2013. After reading the reviews on their website as well as the forums it seemed that they were a company that took care of their customer. Now after dealing with this company for two weeks I have it in my mind that I WILL NEVER use this company ever again if something is not taken care of.
After placing my order on January 9th I had still noticed that two days later my order was still in the processing status but had already came out of my bank account so i decided to give them a call and try and find out what was going on. When i called on January 11th I had talked with a young lady that told me that the order from the manufacturer was shipping the product from their main warehouse and would be there on Monday January 14th that I would get an email with the tracking number by the end of that day .
So as Monday the 14th came around the whole day went by and I received nothing. At the end of the day i picked up the phone again because after checking my email and having no tracking number and checking my order on their website seeing that it was still in the processing status I was not very happy.
As I called I talked to the same young lady she told me that the order was running a little bit behind and I would not see the order to my house until the end of the week(Jan 18 2013). After having this conversation with her I was very frustrated and not very satisfied with the response because I had already been lied to before. So on the 15th i decided to try and use their help desk to get some clarification see below
Hello my name is Michael B and i have placed and order on the above invoice. I had called on Friday the 11 th and asked about my order still in processing stage and the young lady told me that you would be expecting it to be at your warehouse on Monday and i would be given an email and a tracking number.late Monday afternoon i had called to find out if there was an update on my order and she told me that you are now expecting the item to your warehouse by the end of the week and would not be to my house until the end of next week. I just wanted some clarification on what really is going on please and when it is expected to be here?? Also i was wondering if there is anything that you could do to expedite this order any sooner. I wish there was a little more communication about how long this was going to take. ( I also left my personal email as well as my cell hone number and received no call back)
Not to add the next day that help ticket that I put in was never responded to and was closed.
So after all of this i thought that i would back off and see if they would come through with their delivery date of 1-18-2013.
Well let me tell you it never came, nor did a phone call , or even an email.
So I sat on the phone once again on 1/18/2013 and talked with the same young lady and said to her that since I have been waiting with no communication what could be done for me at this point. I was told sorry there is nothing that I can do for you and she said that it should be in to the main warehouse Monday 1/21/2012 and you should receive and email confirmation once it is send out so after asking her to talk to her Manager and being denied the ability to speak to them she told me that she was going to talk to him and see if there was any discounts that I could be given off of my order because of the inconvenience. well i had received no calls back at all...
Now we are to 1/21/2012 and I called in and once again asked about my order she told me that the order just came in 20 mins ago and i should have a tracking number Monday night in my email. Well if you could guess again absolutely nothing.
So today is now Tuesday 1/22/2013 and I had called again and low and behold talked to the same young lady and she assured me that the order was shipped but could not provide any sort of tracking number to me but she would assure me that I would have it by the latest Wednesday 1/23/2013. After she told me that i asked to speak with her manager which once again was unavailable but she told me when he was available he would call me. It is now almost 8 pm on 1/22/2013 and I have no order, no tracking number 3 cancelled installation dates and no more patience or faith.
The moral to the story if you made it to the end is as of 1/22/13 still no resolution and no communication. Hopefully you choose wisely when you order. I hope they will make this right but we will have to see . They have great products just hope that they would have the customer service to go with it.
UPDATE 1/23/2013
I Received a call from a Manager named will and told him what has come from all of this and he told me that my order wasn't shipped out Monday like I was told that It would be shipping out either late today or early on 1/24/2013 and should be here in two days. Then he began to apologize an tell me that he would love to get me taken care of and send me an HDMI for the trouble
i tild him i had already purchased my wiring from another company and i would just like some money off my purchase. He said he will get back to me so we will see.

"AT the beginning they sounded good....Until they failed to notify me that the item I ordered was on backorder for almost 3 more weeks. When I initially ordered this item it said it was available, to backorder it and not even make an effort to get in touch with me to at least inform me is unacceptable. I had to find this out on my own when I never received an order conformation 2 days later. I had intentions of doing future business with these people, but due to their lack or interest or rather respect for the small guy, I guess I could care less if I ever look at their site again, deals come and go all over the net, and my money is just as good to someone else as it is to them. I will just go somepleace else and tell others of my horrible experience with this company, and why I will not return.
