"I ordered a television from them on the 15th of December, expecting delivery in 4 to 5 days. When I called back on the 21st, I was told the product was out of stock. I cancelled the order and was told a refund would be issued within 3 to 5 business days. It was not. I AM STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND and it is January 11!
I will not recommend them for any business. Buyer beware!"

The initial communications were a bit slower than I would like, but when I called them on the phone I was given an update on the status and an accurate estimate of delivery.

"The store's website showed the speakers would be available in 2-3 business days when I ordered mine. It's been 11 days and the order' status is still processing. Have been trying to contact them any way I can (email, voice message, phone calls) to know what the real status is and no responses from anyone at the store. Very disappointed this time but give them 2 stars b/c my previous order for some speaker cables went ok.

Update: I received my speakers 3.5 weeks after I ordered. After the holiday season, I called in a couple of times and did get someone on the phone. Every time, there was a different excuse of why my order was delayed but they were nice and apologized for screwing up, showing that they care for customers. They also offered me any pair of speaker cable for free and shipped it to me, even though that was also late. So for all that I would give them 3.5 stars and would consider buying from them again to give them another chance."
"I entered into my order w/some trepidation after having read reviews about Audioholics on this site. But they had the best price on the LG BD690 I could find and so I went for it. I ordered it on Saturday on their site. The charge appeared immediately on my credit card account. On Tuesday w/no e-mail confirmation or any contact I tried calling them, but the message said they were too busy or some such and so then I e-mailed them: "What's up?" on Wed. I received an e-mail that looked like the confirmation of my order w/no mention of my e-mail. They said the package would arrive by FedEx the very next day. Today is the very next day and I returned from work and it was indeed here. In my opinion their prices are great, their delivery of the product is also great. But their communication w/me sucked. My rationalization for same is that very possibly they were so busy this holiday season they neglected to confirm the order as most internet stores do automatically the same day; usually w/in the hour. But heck, I can't complain too much. They do deliver!! :-))
Post Script 01/03/2012:
Well, when I attempted to hook up the LG BD690 it didn't work. I attempted to get a hold of LG by phone for help-but they were not answering. So I got a hold of their on-line support. It was worthless and took about 2.5 hours before the fellow said send it to LG and they would repair it. I wanted a new machine that worked, not a repaired one, so I got a hold of Audioholics. I happened to speak to Will the CEO-owner! He immediately arranged to send me a new one, even before the old one was sent back! He even sent it 3-day express in time for Christmas.
I hooked up the new one-and had the same problem. Well, then I realized it must have been my problem, and after some head shrinking and wire rearranging I got it to work. It was my problem.
I contacted Will and told him of my misadventures and his spending extra having to send me a replacement by 3-day delivery, he paying postage back for the second unit and finally he losing money on me opening a new unit and now having to sell it less as an opened box/demo type unit. I apologized etc. He was a real gentleman-he wished me a happy holiday season as I did him. Wow-you can't find better customer service/relations than that. My hat is off to Audioholics!!

"Placed an order of 5 speakers, 3 days later I called because I didn't have any shipping details. I couldn't get hold of them on either their sales or customer support numbers, I tried multiple times over 2 days. I also e-mailed them. On the 28th I relieved an e-mail saying they didn't have the speakers and were waiting for a shipment, it is now Nov. 3rd and still no update, I have asked them to cancel the order and refund my credit card still waiting for a response. I would encourage anyone that is thinking about ordering from them to call them first to check availability, when you can't reach anyone you might want to think about doing business with someone else that actually has a customer service department."
"After purchasing speakers, was contacted by Audioholics to inform me one speaker was backordered and attempting to sell me a different inferior speaker or wait until December to have speaker shipped. Just a few days later, upon visiting site, the original speaker I ordered is still available (for a higher price than I payed). They thus are having me wait in order to sell existing stock at a higher price.
Furthermore, unable to reach Audioholics at their customer support number. The multiple times I call, I just leave a message. Ordered on 10/27/11 and as of writing 11/2/11, still hasn't shipped.
Update 1: 11/2/11 - Shipping confirmed for "non-delayed" portion of my order.
Update 2: 11/4/11 - carefully written response from company states product on backorder, but does not address why product still listed as available online (and with status saying "usually ships within 24 hours" - thus seems deceptive)
Update 3: Website has been updated to reflect backorder status. This has been my first dealings with Audioholics, so unsure if honest mistake, but I'm happy to find out the customer service reps where at least telling the truth."

"Great price, quick / free shipping "received on the 6th day of the original order." Apparently the bad reviews are from customers that either did not "read the in stock status" or were indecisive with what they wanted to purchase to begin with!
My purchase was for a pair of Infinity p363 speakers, they arrived in perfect shape. Keep in mind this review does not pertain the speakers as this is a "user's" preference... I will definetly frequent Audioholics for future purchases... Compared to "krutchfield" it saved me $300!"
"I placed an online order on 7/1/11 @ 1am for a OPPO BDP 93 Blu ray player for $511. After I placed the order I decided I wanted the higher model the Oppo BDP 95. I Called immediately the same day @ 1.00pm and spoke to Kristiani who told me that she has cancelled my order. Then at 7 pm I get a UPS shipping confirmation even though they told me my order was cancelled.
So clearly Audioholics messed up. I got a shipment update a whole 6 hours later after I was specifically told my shipment was cancelled.
Then I spoke to Kristiani and she apologized and told me it had already shipped and she told me to refuse Shipment, and as soon as I do and they receive the package, that I would get the entire amount including shipping charges credited back to my card.
Now after a whole 10 days after they received the refused shipment, I see absolutely no credit on my credit card. I must have sent 10 emails with regards to this issue and everyone of them have been ignored.
I cant reach anyone on the phone , all I get is the voice mail.
This is just pathetic at a time when the customer has a slew of options to shop at. So now I might have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
I am extremely disappointed and find this very shoddy. Audioholics should stick to their audio forums."

Got a human right away, she had my order and said it was shipping. Next day, online status hadn't changed so I emailed. They replied with an hour with tracking details. My order arrived today in perfect shape, 4 days after ordering it. Top notch prices, excellent bundle deals. Terrific experience and will certainly use them again."
"Let's see......eight days ago I ordered a home theater package from audioholics. It looked like a great deal. After the weekend I called them to find out what was going on with my order. Of course, it hadn't even been shipped and "they were just about to call me" to tell me my order had been held up by their fraud department. Went through this for two more days, each time I contacted them they were "just about to call me".
I told them just to cancel my order and issue a refund. It's been two more days now, and no more contact from them....I'm sure they are trying to call me as I write this.
I haven't totally written them off yet, but I am very angry with the treatment I have received form them.
I absolutely do NOT recommend them at this time. They have had over $1300 of my money for over a week now.
I would love a phone call from their president. Yup, I'm sure he's just about to call me.......
