"I ordered two Moog EV-307 tie rods. I received two parts labeled as EV-307 but they were not identical parts. One was in a box with 'Asia-Spec' printed on the side. The other box did not have 'Asia-spec' printed on it. The threads on one end of the tie-rod in the 'Asia-spec' box were not of the correct size. The threads were correct for the tie rod in the other box. I sent an e-mail to customer service last night (7/12/15) requesting an exchange for the incorrect part. As of 1:00pm CDT I have had no response to my e-mail."
