"I am a customer service rep and a manager of a customer service dept. Your service is awful. I left 2 voice mails, 2 completed forms from you web page, and 1 email before giving up on every getting a response. In at least 3 of the messages I used the word urgent and asked that I be contacted asap by PHONE (possibly in all 5 messages). It was 10 hours after the first message before I got an email response. Compounding the problem, your website does not show whether or not a part is in inventory.
At least you canceled the order. It's the only part of the process you got right."
"After 2 days of trying to just get the return information I got a response about what I ordered and no response to what I was asking. I am really disappointed with the customer service so far. Hopefully I can get the correct parts this coming week.
After contacting them over the phone(it took 7 calls) I was called back and told I would have the RMA info in 15 minutes. I ended up getting RMA info the next day. I had to buy the right parts and now ship back the others."
