"1. Before everything is paid, all the parts appeared IN-STOCK, however after payment the order has been split into 2 deliveries from different locations (different delivery times).
2. Incorrect weights !!!!! for example WAGNER shoes PAB127 marked as "Weight:2.5lbs." , in fact the package is 10.30 lbs !!! 4 times more.
Conclusion : if you are going to send parts further or collecting parts for some kind of final shipment as it was in my case - this DISINFORMATION leads to additional fees . "

"Overall, the prices were fantastic for the parts I ordered, on the other hand, I am not satisfied with your customer service department. The day I placed my order I had accidentally typed an extra number in my street address. As soon as I had noticed the error I placed a call to
the customer service department and left a message. I did not get a call back. I also sent an email to the customer service department and got no response. I have received some of the parts ordered and waiting on the rest. I am not sure if the rest will be delivered because of the error.
On 3/24 I placed another call to the customer service department and I am waiting to see I get a call back.
On 3/27 received a call from Josh Hubert from autopartsexpress.com and was assured my parts would be delivered to the proper address.
My parts were delivered on 3/28 complete and correct!

"On 3-18-2012, I ordered a quantity of four (4) sockets for my tail lights for my car which was shipped from Dorman Shipping. My invoice shows I ordered a total of 4, and the money paid reflects the payment on the invoice and the money withdrawn from my bank account. I sent an email to Auto Parts Express a few days ago with no response as of yet. "
"Some of the parts that were ordered were never delivered, and to date no adjustment has been forthcoming. The parts that were deliverd were not by UPS as promised but came by USPS. I anticipated there would be a problem when I could not get in touch with customer service either by telephone or by E-mail response. I immediately tried to cancel the order by E-mail and by phone and finally got a rep. tell me that it would be cancelled. Some of the parts were shipped anyway as much as a week later, some parts were substituted with no evidence of there being a credit offered for the price difference. I had no recourse but to dispute the charges with my credit card company for at least $140. I am very disatisfied with my experience.
Since my review on March 16, 2012 all my previous issues have been resolved to my satisfaction, and I would definitely recommend Auto Parts Express, and give them a 5 Star Rating. "
