"I've been looking for a auto parts warehouse within Canada for awhile now, as I'm sick of paying ridiculous fees and duties just to go over the border. Autopartsway seemed to meet the bill and they had good prices to boot. However if anything goes wrong with your order you can forget about getting any help, let alone answers. Part of my package failed to arrive, and while most retailers will bend over backwards to get in your good graces, you can't even contact the site. They don't even have a phone number, instead you gotta enter your number so they can call you, problem is this feature is broken. No one has answered my email query, so the only thing left was to use their sketchy chat room. This thing is obviously manned by over-worked and under-paid people in South East Asia who speak broken English, and probably have absolutely nothing to do with the warehouse. All I got from them was 'We'll check the warehouse' and 'We'll get back to you' and guess what? The latter hasn't happened and I have since had to contact the shipper.
You may as well go to NAPA or Lordco, cause if anything happens no one will help you, and you'll probably won't get your money back either."

I contacted customer service and asked what happened and what could be done. They said the item was unexpectedly out of stock and the order was cancelled. No offer to help correct the situation or compensate with something else despite my having to ask. Solid recipe for losing a customer. "
