"The wear sensor doesn't fit into the break pad"

"This was my first time ordering parts from AutoPartsWAY. I wanted to give it a try... but sadly, I was not satisfied. I have been on-line auto parts buyer for at least 10 years from a supplier south of the border and never had a problem. In recent years I have also tried AutoPartsWAY for comparison purposes but I was always averted from placing an order... limited availability of parts, not easy navigation through the website, and higher prices. Last month I wanted to give it a try and I ordered a small part (small plastic tensioner pulley) of insignificant size and weight... first off, the price was a little higher than other places despite the claimed discount, and the shipping was outrageous... (mind you that a full set of front rotors and pads that came form the US in 3 days, cost me almost as much as the little pulley)... it took two days to be able to track the parcel and in the end I received the wrong part! No need to return it as the shipping back and forth would cost me more than getting the right part from a local store... It would be nice to have a Canadian auto parts supplier than resorting to the US, but I think that it is going to take sometime to become completive in all aspects

"when I recieved this part it was wrong ! Sent this in immediately and re-ordered the correct part. Told me they would send me return instructions in 72 hours. Today is over a week asked yesterday on chat said they missed it and will send instructions in 24 hours . now that thats passed chat tells me they are to busy right now and will e-mail me when they get a chance ! Last time I deal with Autopartsway !"
