I would appreciate it if there was a simple way to return cores in the case of rebuild parts. It is environmentally sound to keep these units out of the scap heaps/mountains. A cost effective return shipping label th customer can purchase at a nominal fee at the time of ordering parts. It is otherwise cost prohibitive for customers to ship heavy parts back to Autopartsway.

"received email confirming list of parts ordered and parts numbers. When package arrived packing slip referenced different part numbers that did not match confirmation email. Also received a part that I did not order. Determined it was not for my car when I phoned to enquire and was told to dispose of part at no charge. However, it raised concerns that the other parts received might not be for my vehicle since I was unable to cross reference what was ordered with the part numbers listed on the packing slip. Was told I would get an email to confirm the parts were correct. Received email requesting my VIN number. I refused on the basis that they did not require a VIN number to verify that they shipped the part I ordered. Although shipping was fast, the confusion was frustrating and I have still not received final confirmation that I have received the correct parts."
