I opted for a new set be shipped. I was then told that a new set would be sent ONLY after they received the bad set. It's quite obvious that I need them hence why I'm willing to wait for a new set. However its an inconvenience since my car is down longer than it should be due to the fact I was sold defective merchandise. They should have sent the new set and wait for the bad set to arrive. There isn't much I can do with a bad set. Very frustrating! Hopefully they will mail it express mail "
