Upon further review, the mechanic discovered that the person who had filled in the sticker indicating the timing belt had been changed inverted the mileage in the "changed" and "next due" fields. Engine has been installed and is functioning flawlessly. Mechanic stated that the inside of the replacement engine was really clean indicating good routine maintenance. Happy with this purchase."

I called back to customer service and they said they would reach out to another parts supplier to get pictures of the replacement part and then forward them to me. I never received those photos. "Automotix sent me the wrong part even though I entered in the part number in my order. I have attempted to exchange the part I was sent for the correct part. The return label was never sent to my email address. I called back to ask to have it sent again. The customer support agent attempted to send it again. It did not come through. When I asked to have it sent to another email address in case my email provider is blocking the sender of the label, she actually refused because she said each label sent costs automotix. Really? Automotix's problem is now my problem? I'm sorry I bothered Automotix and her with my business. I asked to have the label sent to my home address, will be getting my money back, and have informed 10 people of my bad experience. This is a bad organization to do business with."
