The compressor had a broken part on it but because I had saved my old one I was able to use the part off of the old one to put on this one that I ordered. There was no protective bubble wrap or anything on the part...it was jst shipped as is...makes me not want to order again as I should not have to replace broken parts on things that I buy. "
