I paid an extra 40 to have it 2nd day shipped the first time and on the reshippment it came ground and took an additional 2 days longer. "I was totally dissatisfied the way my order was handled, I called in your support number before i purchased and clearly asked weather the part comes with turn signal, I was told it comes with it complete assembly. Then I placed online order and got delivered to me 2 hrs ago but the item which was communicated by your support person is different from me what is shipped. I lost my time to wait for wrong item to ship me. This is first thing i was upset.
2nd thing I called customer support to return explained above scenerio me caqlling before place order, The person on phone Natasha asking me who did i talk to on Aug 27th, It is your customer support and have evidence of where my called routed and who answered me, and on top she is trying to charge 20% plus shipping for no reason, she even reluctant to accept it was misguide from your support person which made me to place order, she did not and I asked for live manager who i can talk to.. This is 2nd thing not bothered about customer and not a typical customer support organization where I spend 19yrs.
She transferred call to live manager, and there is no person to pickup and answer my call, went to voice mail.
It was total unprofessional customer support and wrong way to handle customer and charge unnecessary charges.
I waited waited and no call, and finally returned taking 20% charge and shipping costs, I never do busyness again with this retailer."
