"I will put this simply ......DoO NOT ....DO NOT ....Do Not buy from them ....worse customer service ive ever encountered ....rude ...and decieving...still waiting for my tracking number...i ordered a part from dallas and (i live in dallas) and supposedly it was shipped wednesday and friday i called and they said it was supposed to be delivered already...that he was gonna call me back.....and now i have to wait two days to call back cause they close weekends"

"Automotix sucks ive used them twice and both times they messed up. The first time they sent me the wrong part and took a month to get the right part. Now i ordered a rebuilt engine and there was no core charge now they wont send my engine unless i pay the core charge. There web page states there is no core charge and they will not wave the fee. This is the last time i use them."

"This has to be the worst experience ever. They sent a part for a car that is for neither the year, make or model of the part we ordered. Made a call to let them know this and to let them know we needed a refund since we had to go out and buy the correct part. Three weeks later and we are still messing around trying to get a tag to call UPS to pick up the part. I would never use this place again and would tell anyone looking for parts to run, not walk, in the other direction for these clowns."

"I ordered a transmission for my 86 bronco from automotix and when i checked my bank balance I found they charged me $50 more than the price listed.They rectified the overcharge but they sent the wrong transmission.Lkq customer service said they would pick up the transmission they sent and refund my money and its going on 3 weeks and im still waiting.Lkq automotix has put me in a very bad spot."

"Terrific company. Ordered a used engine for my PT Cruiser, at a very reasonable price. It was delivered to me, in great shape, on the West Coast within 2 days. How's that huh? There some nasty fraudulent dealers out there. Automotix are a decent bunch. I'll only deal with these guys in future. "

"These people are horrible. I bought a part online on the 29 of April, 2 business days later I got an email from them saying my order has been shipped and i will get a tracking number in 1-2 days. 2 days later I called. They told me to call back on Monday and they will have the information for me. I called back Monday,Tuesday, and Wednesday. They never answer or redirect your call to no one. I was even told that they had to refresh their computer and they will call me back in 5 mins. Never got the call. Two weeks later I reach someone and ask about my order. They say it was lost and they will send out a new item to me right away (BTW they already charged me since the beginning of the month. I wait a week two get a new tracking number and now they say the second item they were going to send me is damaged and they are refunding me my money. I still dont have my money nor is it pending that I am receiving any money from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

"Simply awesome... cant stop raving about this Automotix service! Dream transaction really. Ordered Caravan tail light pair and it was shipped to me in 48 hours.

My kids just love our Caravan and dont like it unattended. My fault. I kept the tail lights unattended and Robin (my 12 year old daughter) ordered me to get the thing repaired for her 12th birthday. Embarrassed, I called up Automotix just three days before her birthday and i got the lights, set them up and took her and family for a great vacation.

Full recommendation to Automotix and thank you very much for such an excellent service.

"My service with them was wonderful! Every time I called them, they answered within 10 minutes. Right after I paid, I received my UPS tracking number and my item came on time and as expected. Granted, before I ordered I called them and asked about all the bad reviews I read. The gentleman I spoke with said, "Even though it shows in stock on the websites, are innovatory is constantly changing so it usually isn't up to date." When I asked him about my item he said there was only one left and I should order it ASAP! But that if I did not get it, they would inform me. Also, they did not remove my money until my item was shipped. All in all, I throughly enjoyed ordering from them and would do it again. "

"Stay away from this company - run a scam that goes like this:

- You order something on their web site that says IN STOCK and they charge you for it within 24 hours

- They never ship the item

- They don't respond to email inquiries or send any tracking information

- When you call to inquire about the status of the order you are connected a call center in the Philippines and speak to reps with assumed names. They put you on hold after asking your order info, then they come back and say "that item is out of stock and so we cannot ship it to you, you'll have to arrange for a refund".

Thing is, you never get the refund and you can't get anything legitimate from these people.

They brush you off when you ask why you were not notified that your item was not in stock, why the web site says it's in stock, and why you were charged for something that they didn't even have!

The only way you'll see your money again is by filing a chargeback with your credit card bank.

"hello everyone. For me, same problem. I'm French and I have a Chrysler Pacifica bought in Salt Lake City. I have a problem with the transmission and I sent an order on the Automotix site the 06/12/2010 and payed $ 913. I've open the account on Bongo for the international shipping. Now, I'm waiting the news. I send mails at different addresses, and no response. I call differents number ... No response. I don't understand how they work. On the site he put the place where is the item in stock, and when I call them, they are not informed. What to do?? Thank you for all answers."

"I ordered a part for my Cadillac SRX (front FE3 struts), well tried to anyway, I have never come across a company so incompetent,unprofessional ever. Apparently Automotix,LKQ,Autopartsfair,The Auto Channel and many other online CO. is under the same umbrella.When ever you call the number of the website and LKQ answers just hang up and try elsewhere. It was without doubt the worst shopping experience of my life. After a week my order status was still the same (no status)I began to call them .Every time I called, I was put on hold for 30-90 minutes. To cut a long story short,after numerous calls and messages I end up calling the corporate office and talked to a guy name Jeff who sent an email to several personal/managers from LKQ to contact me asap.A few minutes later I received an email saying,that the part is unavailable and they have no replacement (if you search for a used FE3 front struts Cadillac SRX,it will still show available on all the website mentioned above)Never call or order anything from these people! They're a scam !!! "
