"I ordered a Samsung LCD 17" flatscreen, in "like new" condition from Azatek late on a Saturday night. They used regular ground UPS, and could not process my order until Monday, as it was the weekend. However, I received the monitor Tuesday evening of the following day! Not only that, but they filled the box with packing foam, so as to guarantee the safety of my expensive purchase.
The monitor is in great condition, with only a little scuffing on the outside plastic (NOT the screen itself) surrounding the screen, which is really only noticeable if you are my picky wife.
These guys were quick, and their stuff seems to be in great shape. I would definitely recommend them to friends."

"EXCELLENT SERVICE. INCREDIBLE VALUE. I purchased the IBM P260 and I think its an excellent deal. Had a little trouble lugging the 70lb joker but after I pulled it out of the packaging, which I have to say was very well done with great padding, I finally concluded that this was in A-stock condition even though I bought B-stock. It's supposed to have "blemishs" and "scratches" but I didn't see any. I did notice VERY MINOR burnins on the screen. The monitor even came with a DVI cable, an adapter for VGA, and even a brand new power cord. How could you beat this for 85.00? I was going crazy when I realized the great increase in viewable area from a 15" NEC(13.5 V) to this gigantic CRT. Shipping was OK: got it 4 days. One day the website and phone system seemed to have shut down completely (due to technical problems I assume) for a few hours and I got a little frustrated, but other than that, I have found the company to be very efficient in what they do. Also, if I find anything major wrong with the monitor before 7 days, they will replace it free of cost and even pay shipping back to them. (Just save your packaging) I would recommend this site to anyone on a budget for a great monitor. Since the monitors have been factory certified, I believe(from experience with refurb NEC) that they will last you for years. Why pay $400-500 for a brand new 21" CRT or even a LCD when you could get the IBM P260 for $135(includes shipping)?"
"UPDATE: Azatek.com honored their warranty; they have shipped replacement. Not only that, replacement I received, IBM P275, was better and much more expensive (not for me) than originally ordered IBM P260.
I ordered grade B "guaranteed working" IBM P260 CRT monitor. And it was dead on arrival. Alright, things like that happen to everybody, but when shipping costs $50 company should verify that they are sending working merchandise. Since it is grade B monitor, and was on sale, they are treating me like bug or other nuisance you can't get rid of, but is bothering you every day. After calls and emails, nothing happened nor they offered any resolution. In fact, last answer I received from them was one sentence, “No I haven’t lost your email”. So if you are going to buy from them, make sure you are buying grade A equipment with free shipping, or don’t buy at all. If they are treating just one customer like this, chances they will do same to you if given chance. "
"My Nec 17" Super Bright Moniitor that I had ordered from them was in decent condition. A few scratches on the exterior paint, but none on the front screen.
Other than that I am happy with this merchant they have very cheap prices, and I will buy from them again."
"Very nice to work with. I am in Arizona so I stopped by their warehouse to order. I gave them a part number and within a few minutes they asked me if I wanted to come back into their warehouse and check it out. They had it plugged in with a graphics test running on it for me to verify the quality. I was getting a "grade B" so I looked for scratches on the glass. As advertised the scratches were very minor; my kids usually put more noticable fingerprints on the glass. Some of the display modes were a little shaky in the corner but I found one that I like. I'm currently running the Dell P1110 at 2048x1536 @60Hz, which is above the manufacturer's suggested res but it looks great."

"I bought a 22" monitor. It only worked for one hour. I called and the person that help me got NEC/Mitsubishi to send me a new one. When it arrived he sent me a mailing label for UPS so I didn't have to pay to have the broken one shipped back. All in all, when something goes wrong (and it will sometimes) these guys will take good care of you. I'm happy with my service and how I was treated, and I sure do love my new monitor."

"Having completed easily in excess of 100 online purchases and never a bad experience I considered myself lucky, that no longer holds true. My experience with Azatek LLC was nothing short of excruciating. I ordered a 19" Mitsubishi, it arrived in a reasonably timely manner but was in D- condition, the anti-glare coating was wearing off all over the glass and the colors were distorted on the display. The plastic case also looked as though someone had chipped at it with a knife out of boredom. Obviously I wanted to return the monitor. I have been trying for days to get an RMA number, much less a call-tag as they claim they will provide on their website. I have talked to three different people at Azatek, all of whom were very rude, one even becoming accusatory! Multiple e-mail requests for an RMA have been ignored or responded to in an un-helpful fashion. I even offered to pay the return freight just to be done with it and was told, on the phone, "well, I'm not going to do it right away but when I get around to it I'll send you an RMA, probably today." I never received anything.
This was the most frustrating buying experience I’ve had, and if you want to avoid similar frustration take my advice and AVOID this merchant. Azatek LLC acts like they are doing you a great favor in selling you merchandise, and that is nothing short of shady business practice.

"Ordered a Mitsubishi 2040u monitor from Azatek. It was Grade B. UPS lost the monitor. They found it awhile later in Miami FL! Well, when it finally got to me, it was DOA. Azatek was VERY helpful, and managed to send me a replacement monitor. This one UPS did NOT lose :) And I got exactly what I paid for. In fact, I would say this monitor is better than I expected.
