"Bought what they said was a new ASUS motherboard for a computer I am building..what they sent me was a refurbished board minus some of that parts that come with a new motherboard and they charged me for the new board instead of refunding some for giving me a refurbished board..Any business that pulls stuff like that should not even be in business

I would not rate them but since i must they get all low scores except for shipping was fast

"Absolutely horrible experience!!.. After reading many of the reviews I'm thinking that when they have the product in stock everything is fine and dandy.. Only problem is you never know if it's in stock or not. When I ordered Sony Headphones they had 2 in stock.. A week later I email asking for a tracking # and they finally have the dignity to email me back to tell me It's not in stock!! Are you KIDDING ME!!!.. You charged my account for an item that you didn't even have on stock? I understand this sort of thing happens once in a blue moon.. but read the reviews for Aztekcomputers it just happens to much.. I wish I would have done a little research before commiting to buy! Word of advice if you can avoid them, please do so!.. They lack honesty and just pure respect for customers. Total let down.. Sad!"

"Stay Away! They charged me right away and after a month they still have no status on my order. When they finally responded to an email, they said "I will look into your order in the meningitis and get back with you ". Yes, Meningitis!? and they never got back to me.

Received tracking info and package same day (5/12). Meningitis was explained as spell checker gone wild

"Their website claimed they had 41 of the item I ordered in stock. After placing an order for 3 and paying, my order sat in limbo until a week later when they finally started emailing me daily to inform me the item was not in stock. After a few weeks of that, I cancelled my order and 2 weeks later my money has not been refunded nor have they replied to emails regarding the status of the order and/or refund. Terrible experience."

"They took orders for an OCZ SSD they had no stock of, and held the money claiming they were trying to get stock in. They had no intention of ever fulfilling the orders. They just intended to hold the money until customers canceled."

"Ordered 14 Feb, called 17 Feb to find order had not been placed due to out of stock on item. Item shipped same day from a new shipment. Received item 22 Feb and installed same into desktop using ASUS P5G41-MLE Motherboard.
Contact via phone was very pleasant dealing with a csr who actually spoke Americanized English and was able to determine situation and cure almost immediately. Awesome!
Thank you for a very nice experience via your company! I have added Aztek Computers to my favorites list and will refer others. Shalom my friends!

"The website claimed to have a product that they did not stock. I was not informed until almost a week later that they did not have the product, after they had already taken their money. When I called customer service the person I spoke with was rude and pretencious and hung up on me."

"I ordered a new IPod Nano 5th Generation on Nov. 22nd. I never recieved a confirmation email but my credit card was charged. 2 weeks later when I had not received my IPod I called them. I was told my item was not shipped because they were out of blue but they could ship me a green. I agreed to receiving a green IPod. A week later I received a blue IPod in a open package, no receipt, no seller or no costumer information of any kind in the package. It already had a user name and had been synced to another ITunes Library. When I tried to track my order to make sure I didn't miss any small print saying this would be a refurbished item my customer and order numbers no longer existed in their system."

"Aztek Computers eventually provided a working printer after defaulting on their shipping commitment--a condition that still exists. The company has multiple shipping issues.

ISSUE #1: SLOPPY SHIPPING.
My printer arrived incomplete, missing a power adapter and driver CD. It was, however, shipped securely in an 11-inch box, which was packed securely in a 19-inch box, which itself was packed inside a 25-inch box. This process speaks to a lack of focus.

ISSUE #2: DEFAULTING ON SHIPPING COMMITMENTS.
When I ordered my printer, I paid for expedited shipping; an exchange of money for a commitment to receive a working printer by a specific date. The printer did arrive on that date, but incomplete. When I finally did have a complete printer days later, we were outside of the time window for an expedited shipment. The payment for my shipment should have been adjusted to reflect the time it actually took to arrive.

ISSUE #3: NON-EXISTENT CALLBACKS.
I called twice to get the intial shipping issue resolved immediately; both times, I got a promise for a callback that did not occur. Clearly, call-back commitments are treated cavalierly. It is easier to make an excuse than to pick up the phone or use an alternate method of communication.

Summary: Aztek Computers eventually delivered what I needed--later than promised, and with all follow-up effort on my end. Caveat emptor.

"The only thing I saw that I would improve is the timeliness of response to the customer on the receipt notice of the order. Most orders I place I receive a confirmation with in 24-48 hours. This took a week. Other than that I got the exact product ordered, received it in working order, and it's exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. I will buy again. thanks
