"I ordered a new IPod Nano 5th Generation on Nov. 22nd. I never recieved a confirmation email but my credit card was charged. 2 weeks later when I had not received my IPod I called them. I was told my item was not shipped because they were out of blue but they could ship me a green. I agreed to receiving a green IPod. A week later I received a blue IPod in a open package, no receipt, no seller or no costumer information of any kind in the package. It already had a user name and had been synced to another ITunes Library. When I tried to track my order to make sure I didn't miss any small print saying this would be a refurbished item my customer and order numbers no longer existed in their system."
