"I ordered a V5 Specialized table with a blue surface. The order process was very easy via the phone and it shipped same day. The table arrived unbelievably fast to my home and was well-packaged/protected. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the table came with a cover for the built-in chip rack in case the table was used for tournament play. The table did, however, have sections around the cupholders where non-blue table surface was exposed. If the cupholder lip had been bigger or the table surface been better matched, this would have made the overall look and feel of the table much better and seamless. Also, the rail padding was not as firm as I had been expecting. After a night of play on the table, you can see indentations where players had rested their arms. These eventually go away but I am concerned that over time and much usage, this could be problematic and that the rail will permanently not be smooth and seamless. Overall, I like the table but the two issues mentioned above detract from me loving the table. "

"The customer service was very good. When you call a person answers the phone fairly quickly and it's obvious that the overall atmosphere of the company, is to provide "better than most customer service". The lady was very friendly, helpful and overall had a "sunny disposition". I know that if there was a problem with my order, they would probably work pretty hard to solve it. Regarding the product, it was not quite as "nice" as my expectations were. I was a bit disappointed in the thin, fake veneer that is damaged very easily by even warm cups being place on it and the padding this is extremely thin, to the point that an impression is left in the foam well after it has been used. However, overall I still felt that I probably got a better product than what I would at another retailer, so I would advise people to purchase from them as well, as long as they understood the true nature of the materials that the table would be made of, so they didn't have unrealistic expectations of the table."
