"I first saw BBO Poker Tables both on their website as well as YouTube. I was looking for a quality built, folding leg Texas Hold'em table. I saw the Ulitmate Poker Table and thought the idea of a replaceable playing surface was a great idea. I ordered the Ultimate Poker Table, paid extra for the Suited Speed Cloth Surface (also receiving the standard playing surface at no cost) as well as the Poker Table Cover. I received it today. This table is GREAT! If you are concerned about a flimsy and cheap table.....FEAR NOT!!. This table is well built and looks great! Both playing surfaces are well made with padding and materials. This is no lightweight table. Heavy construction. The staff at BBO were also excellent to work with and maintained great communication with me during the purchasing and shipping. I can't imagine a better built, folding leg table. Very much worth the price to me.

"The representatives at BBO Poker Tables were VERY helpful!! From the initial stage of getting product info, to placing my order, to touching base afterwards.. EVERY person I contacted was wonderful to work with. They sent out my table very fast. The shipping company, however, kept trying to delay the delivery to my house. I made one phone call to BBO and the representative personally called the shipping company, called me back to let me know she handled it, and I had my table within 2 hours. And the end result, I have a beautiful table that is durable. I've gotten so many compliments on it! Thank you BBO!

"I was nervous about ordering a poker table sight unseen from California to Georgia, but I couldn't be happier. The table was well packaged in transit, and arrived in perfect condition, it was easy to assemble, and it looks great - just like the pictures on the website. The table is really sturdy, and feels well built. It is a quality product for a great price. We had a few challenges with scheduling the delivery with the freight company, and BBO's customer service was really helpful in getting them resolved. "
"I found this company online and was a bit hesitant about making such a big purchase because they were located across the country from us. I browsed through the various styles, as this was a gift for my husband, and found a couple that I loved. Having some questions about style, color and overall appearance, I emailed for assistance. The gentleman who helped me went above and beyond so I made the purchase! When the table arrived, there were cracks in either side of the dining top. I e-mailed my contact with the company and he assured me that they would send a replacement top out immediately. Upon receiving the 2nd top, there was a hairline crack all the way around the dining top. Again, I contacted them and they once again assured me that they would take care of replacing it. On the 3rd attempt, a representative called me and asked about the recent problems and assured me they would take care of getting me a new dining top for our Rockwell poker table. They said try would use a differen carrier to assure it arriving in perfect condition. I'm pleased to say, the new dining top arrived in perfect condition and is beautiful! My husband got a gorgeous poker table and i got a perfect dining top so it still looks elegant! I would highly suggest this company and their products, they displayed perfect customer service in a time where that can be hard to find!!"
