"I recently purchased a nighthawk table with a pedestal leg and four poker dining chairs. I am extremely happy with the product I received. I received exactly what I ordered, as described and pictured on the website, in a timely manner, and it was well packaged. It was a refreshing experience. The pedestal is stable and is not cumbersome. The chairs are very comfortable. I wish I had ordered two more. The table is snug for eight but that was expected given the dimensions (by the way the dimensions are exactly as described). I also purchased the round dining top, which I have to say, is of better quality than I expected. It is very sturdy on the table and has a nice finish…the only problem is finding a place to store it when we are playing. Thanks BBO for a nice product and a good customer experience. "

"I ordered the Nighthawk. Install was a breeze and i love the table. The company was very easy to deal with. My only complaint is the basic base, if you play with "leaners" the base will pop the threaded bolt receivers (i have no idea what to call them) inside the base. I have fixed this with 4 3-1/2" wood screws and may install 45degree supports. On the other hand they sell an upgraded locking base that looks great but is pretty expensive. Overall im very happy."

"I ordered the Nighthawk poker table with black felt and selected the blue felt as the secondary with the square dining top. About 10 minutes after ordering I recieved a call from BBO stating that the blue felt was unavailable at the time and that they would upgrade me to the blue speedcloth for free if I wanted, which ofcourse I sais yes. The table arived 7 days later and went together fairly easy and looks great. The only fault I have with it is the dining top. It is made with 2 boards joined together for the main surface and there is a very noticeable line where the two boards meet and the finish has pushed up a little there, there are also a few dips where it does not look like it was sanded completely flat on other areas. At $499 For the dining top, It could of been better. Other than that I am very happy with it."
"I called Kyle on June 23, 2011 and asked if BBO matches what other websites sell their tables for. He advised me the site i mentioned wasn't an authorized dealer, and to be wary of a possible case of fruad. His honesty and sincerity was refreshing, so I opted to purchase the Rockwell directly from BBO. I'm glad I did. First, the quality of the table is amazing when it arrived, well packaged and tied snuggly to a pallet. Second, Kyle was able to answer any question I had, concerning customizing the felt in the future. Third, when i called back, both Kyle and Christine were very friendly and attentive to my needs. I'm believe when good service is given, they need to be commended. If these two are the norm at BBO, you can be assured of getting the same quality care I did. Bravo BBO.. My wife and i are very proud to have the Rockwell gracing our home. It looks great next to the bar, and I'll get some pictures to you after our next poker game.
