After consulting with my favorite and most trusted chef, he suggested the Smokin Tex. He promised it would be the best bang for my buck and he was right. In the first week we’ve had it, we’ve made Beer Can Chicken and Smoked Pork Butts. By far the tastiest and most satisfying meals I’ve had in a long time.
