"Ordered an item on 2/17/2011, at that time I was told it was backordered and would be in stock in about 2 weeks. I waited about 4 weeks then opened an online inquiry. After about a day the inquiry disappeared off of the site and was never answered. I prompted submitted another thinking the site was having problems. Same thing happened again. I keep doing this for a couple of weeks, every few days opening an inquiry and they would promptly disappear. I finally called first thing on 4/4/2011 when customer service opened. I was told that they could not answer questions at that time and given no explanation. I promptly opened a new inquiry to cancel my order, which also disappeared in a matter of hours. I then opened another and called back later that day. When I called I was threatened to be sued for harassment because of calling too much (2 calls). When I asked if my order had been canceled I got the response "I'm not telling you". Stay Away."

"I purchased a set of Callaway X-20 irons for $280. I received a follow up email with tracking number the next day. My order arrived shortly thereafter. I then received a follow up email and telephone call inquiring if everything was alright with my order. The entire purchasing experience was excellent! I was nervous because after I placed my order, I read a lot of very negative things about this company, however they seem to have turned over a new leaf. Best internet purchasing experience I have ever had."

"I ordered a cart from BHMGolf.com, worst mistake ever.

They first knowingly sent me something I did not order. When I called, they tried to persuade me that the cart they sent me should be what I wanted. I asked for a refund. After a week or so (and a threat to take this to the Illinois and Maryland AG offices) they finally sent me a UPS shipping label with a promise to refund my money.

The package was delivered on 1/27/2011, there has been no correspondence from BHM Golf since, after numerous tries on my part. The refund has not been made. I plan to give them a full 10 days after receipt of product. Before I formally dispute my credit card company, the FBI, The Illinois Attorney General's office, and The Maryland Attorney General's office.

"I placed an order for a Mizuno sweater in late November which was filled incorrectly. To make a long story short, it is January and even after more than a half a dozen correspondences, I still have not received a refund. They are difficult to get a hold of and produce no action when they do. I would not recommend doing business with them."

"I wish I had done my homework on this company before placing the order. Even a review of the BBB would have told me BHM's rating of F, and told me all I needed to know.

I placed an order for a sand wedge, set of irons, and 3W on 6/28/10. I paid for expedited shipping. On 6/29, I called and inquired if there were tracking number(s) for the shipment. I was told not yet, but that they would be emailed to me but that I would receive them 7/02. On 6/29 I got three different emails with tracking numbers from FedEx from BHM. When checked on FedEx's website, the delivery date was shown as 7/03. On 7/03 I recived one box containing the wood. I called FedEx and asked when the rest would arrive, and was told there was nothing forthcoming in the system for me. I emailed BHM's customer service site and cancelled my order.

On 7/06 I still had not received the clubs, and went to the BHM Golf Villa Park IL store to return the one club I had gotten. They said the other clubs were in route, and that when I get all the clubs they would send me UPS shipping labels for the return of all the clubs. They denied that they could recall the clubs in route. Wisely, upon my return home, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. The second box from BHM did not arrive until 7/08.

On 7/09 I emailed BHM to inform them that I had received the second box and requested the labels. I was sent an email response from Todd Williams of BHM Golf requesting I call. I did. Of course since no one at BHM ever identifies themselves on the phone, I have no idea to whom I spoke. This male began delineating all the steps I would have to take to get the labels. I refused to do that, and told the male that I was just supposed to get the labels. He became hostile and threatening and combative.

On 7/15 I received two emails from BHM. One claimed they did nothing wrong and that they would not send me any labels as I had stopped payment through my credit card company. It also said they would file a report with my local PD to recover their money. The second email informed me that "Also you are on tape at our store with your beligarant (sic) attitude. We will drop all of theis if you let us handle the situation. Your choice time is ticking."

I further made attempts to arrange for a date/time convenient with them to return the clubs at their store in exchange for a receipt of return. Each time I was treated with a very hostile and aggressive attitude. I still did not get any labels for return.

On 9/10 I received an email from BHM titled "You have been turned over to the Police Department for theft". Of course that was bluster as 1)This is a civil matter if anything, not criminal; 2) Any contact for theft would have to be filed at their local PD, not the PD of my jurisdiction which is different than theirs. They also threatened small claims court action. I sent an email reiterating that I wanted to do the exchange of product for receipt in person and was emaled a negative response as they would not allow me in their store.

On 9/13 I emailed BHM with a solution: meet me at the Villa Park IL Police Department and exchange clubs for receipt there. They rejected that saying they would not meet me anywhere; that they are scared of me (what could be a safer environment that a police station?!); that I must return via UPS; and threatened small claims court again.

Per my credit card company, now that BHM has requested return by UPS, I can send back via UPS. I did that on 9/15. I provided proof of delivery to the credit card company.

On 9/21 I provided to the credit card the BHM Golf website pages regarding store and return policies. On neither page is there any mention of a restocking fee. None. Nor had there been any mention of such in any communication with BHM.

On 10/23 I was informed by my credit card company that they were refunding me the balance of the money after providing BHM with a 25% restocking fee and shipping reimbursement.

In my mind, I have been screwed by both BHM and my credit card company.

Do not buy from this company for any reason. They are unreliable, untrustworthy, combative, hostile, and dishonest. Please, learn from my mistake and avoid BHM at all costs.

UPDATE: It appears BHM monitors the site. Got this email from them today:
"We are submitting your false statements to our lawyer. now you have not only lost to your credit card company but now you are badgering us online and make false statement. See you in court for slander. I am so glad you live in (city) and pay the high taxes and high hom you live in. It will be ours one day. BHM GOLF Customerservice" This is verbatim.

"i ordered a set of golf clubs late on a friday night...i simply called the next day to see if there was a tracking number i could have, or see approx. when they would arrive, the guy i spoke to replied very nasty "is ups open on the weekend?..NO"....and other little smart comments. when i said i didnt appreciate his tone of voice w/ me, he replied, "i dont f**king appreciate you" and hung up on me, several attempts to call back...no answer....i had to call my bank and cancell the purchace on my card!!!...stay away from this site!!!!! "

"Worst online transaction I have ever had. The shipping cost was $0 when I purchased the item and after it was shipped, they charged shipping even though the online transaction showed free shipping. I called to discuss this fraud and the guy was extremely rude and hung up on me. Very poor experience, don't do business with these guys!"

"I only wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I ordered daphne headcovers for my nephew in germany with plenty of time before leaving for my trip to Germany. Great prices, free shipping.
No word from BHM and I sent an order inquiry on July 30 requesting information. i received an automated response saying they were looking into it.
I phoned 4 times since then and each time spoke to an incredibly rude male who would not identify himself. he said he would email me with more information which he never did. Today I called and the individual who answered refused to give me his name, refused to pass me to a manager, and refused to tell me who was the owner. I wrote an email asking for an immediate phone call. I stepped out for a moment and did receive a call from an unidentified individual who apologized, said their account had been frozen by Daphne which he did not understand because BMH was a very reputable business. I phoned back and have not a reply as yet.
I have never been treated so abysmally by a customer service "representative" in my life, and I highly question the integrity of
of this company.

Update: After posting this review the owner called and cursed and threatened my family and me for about 5 minutes before hanging up. I filed a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General's Office which has an open file on this company and its owner. i urge anyone dissatisfied with this company's practices to do the same. You can also call and speak to a representative who will walk you through the process. The more who do this, the sooner this company can be made to answer for its terrible business practices.

"WARNING!!! BHM stands for Brian H Meyer (A CERTIFIED LUNATIC)

GOOGLE BHM Golf Reviews!!!! Don’t believe reviews on website. I tried to post this same review and it had to be approved first. Imagine that. All reviews are good and probably all posted by Brian himself. I seriously doubt this store even exists. He is the only one you can talk to. I think this is a one man show run by Brian out of his house or something. My story seems very mild compared to reviews you will read on Google but after my experience I 100% believe all the reviews. Apparently I was one of the lucky ones to even recieve my order. He has been sued before and I don’t understand how he is still in business. WARNING WARNING WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY!!!

If I could rate my experience with BHM Golf a negative score I would. Absolute worst online purchasing experience I have ever had. I ordered a Clemson golf stand bag for my husband for his birthday. I did not open the box to look at before I gave it to him because we had been out of town for 2 wks. So when he opens it I am very disappointed to see that they had shipped me the wrong bad. It was a Clemson golf bag (and yes a more expensive one) but it was not the one I had ordered. It was a cart bag which my husband already had. He specifically wanted a stand bag. So I called the customer service number on the web site and spoke to the rudest person I have ever met. I started off very politely explaining the situation and he immediately got an attitude with me. You would think he would be more accommodating seeing as how they were the ones who had messed up. He actually asked me and I quote “well what do you want me to do about it” …Ummm let’s see, how about ship me the right bag! His response was “well you got a nicer bag” …maybe, but it’s not the bag I wanted. It was like he just didn’t understand that he simply needed to send me a different bag and a label for me to send this one back. He would not stop being hateful with me and saying “well I don’t know what you expect me to do about it”…So I hung up. Much to my surprise he calls back about 15 min later and apologizes (about me receiving the wrong bag …not about being so rude) and says a new bag is on its way and thanks me for being honest. He was very polite this time. But then I get the next bag and it is STILL the wrong bag. It is a Clemson golf stand bag this time but still not the one that had originally been on the web site. It was one that they had switched to I assume in the middle of all this. And this bag was by no means Clemson. Yes it had the logos but that was about it. It wasn’t even close to Clemson orange, it was a Tennessee orange. It looked like they took a Tennessee bag and put Clemson logos on it. So I sent a return request on the web site not wanting to have to deal with the same jerk I had dealt with before. Much to my dismay however I received no reply so I had to call once again. I of course received the same guy. I (as politely as possible) explained that I wanted to return the bag and why. I once again got the response and I quote “well what do you want me to do about it” very sarcastically. I said well I would like to return the bag. And he got very hateful again and said well I’ll have to call you back and hung up on me. He did not call back that day.

Well very shortly after posting this review on here I did receive a call back from Brian...At 11 at night. After reading other reviews on this web site about how he would call and curse at you I decided to not answer that night. So I guess at that point he decided to find my parents phone # (probably by the address since I had the bag shipped there since it was a surprise for my husband. So anyone who has troubles because he says he cant ship to an address that's not the billing address; he's full of bologna, he just doesn't have the merchandise.) My mom unknowingly answers the phone and of course gets cursed out. She naturally hangs up on him but he continues to call back and continues to call my number as well. This guy belongs in a nut house. The next morning I have an email stating that if I don't return the cart bag he will prosecute me to the fullest extent and that I can't hide. What a joke this guy is. That just made me laugh. I pro ceded to email him back and inform him that if he would refund my money via check (since I had to get my debit card I had given him canceled because I didn't want this lunatic having it) and two prepaid labels that I would gladly return both bags. I was not going to pay to ship back a bag I didn't order. The only way I would pay to send this loser back his bag is if I let my dog take a crap in it first...now that might be worth my money. He just kept sending me emails though that he was going to turn me in for theft. Apparently he does this quite often. I have read a ton of reviews that he threatens to sue everyone or turn you into the police. Which he would never do because the police should be after this joker. So after a while I just kept emailing him back because it was entertaining to read what he would come up with next. He also threatened to turn me into the BBB. What an idiot. He should know the BBB is for businesses as many times as hes been turned in. It is beyond me how this guy is still in business. I wish there was a way to shut him down. Someone needs to infect his web site with a virus.

"DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PERSON.

Brian H Meyer is a lunatic.

I mistakingly placed an order for a golf bag prior to looking up the seller ratings and was horrified when I finally looked them up. The bag was promised to be "in stock waiting to ship to you" as is everything on the website. It is a lie. When I found out (a long drawn out process) that the bag wasn't in stock I decided to cancel the order. I received confirmation in 4 ways that the order had been cancelled, all of which have been forwarded to Sun Mountain, VISA, my banks fraud department, and the ICC. He charged my CC anyway, and shipped me another bag that I didn't order. The bag was returned, and the theft of money money reported to the fraud department.

In the midst of this, he has called my cell phone multiple times saying things such as "I'm going to eat your mother's p####", "You should just go F### yourself", and "You should just go eat your mother's #####"

I'm curious what happened to the lawsuit filed several years back, and why he is allowed to do business at all. My next step is a call to the local DA's office to get the case re-evaluated and possibly re-filed.

This guy is frightening.
