"The website make it look like the part is in stock. You only find out after ordering that the part needs to be shipped to the service location. Attempting to cancel the order because the part ETA is too long results in a restocking fee.

"After making an online purchase and picking up in person that didn’t matter, however when I did a second purchase online again for pick I called to see if my order was ready and I was told yes. The next day as I was preparing to go pickup my order I received an email from the parts supervisor informing me the system (some other service) flagged my order stating the delivery address and billing address wasn’t the same. (I had selected to pick up my order) remember that. So the order was canceled. Not only did that shock me when I called to speak to the parts supervisor (Mark) he said the right words as they all do but he had not one bit of even caring what situation he had put me in. I am very disappointed and I will tell my businesses and friends I have along with my online contacts on all platforms the way BMW treated a repeat customer."
