"I ordered a part I needed online and as luck would have it they didn't have it in stock but immediately sent me and email stating that it was ordered from the the warehouse and they would keep me updated. They sent another email to say it was shipped and I received it the next day. It's nice to deal with someone who is straight forward and keeps you informed about your order.
Thanks, the bearing was on the car 15 minutes after UPS delivered it.
