"Was shopping around for some suspension parts. I normally would order off of ECS or FCP, if you're frequent buyer of BMW parts you know the drill. When google results bring up BMW Northwest, it's price is a tad lower than my usual go-to; and its estimated delivery says ship within 2-3 days. Guess what, it's been a week and although I did finally receive an email with a tracking number, it says label created for 4-days straight. If this were to happen ECS/FCP would have refunded me the shipping charge, and at times, they'd even upgrade me to an overnight shipment for free. Where as with BMW Northwest, they might entice you with their shelf-readiness and a lower price for a genuine part, but boy do they sit on their wrinkly old butts on these orders. I always appreciate great customer care/service by returning to buy from them, but this I truly don't appreciate. Lack of sense of urgency is absolutely not in their core customer service focus when it comes to order fulfillment. FCP/ECS states their timeline and stays pretty much on it. These guys at Northwest are just the worst, stay away from these folks.
A day after I left this review, I called their customer service many times over, and I finally got a hold of someone who can speak with me. The issue is I've been waiting too long and those guys at Northwest BMW couldn't get their gonads together to at least let me know what the heck is going on. Apparently, what should have been shipped out last week is still waiting for UPS to come in and pick up the parts. And guess what, as irate as I have become, I asked them to cancel it, I decided to get the parts from FCP Euro and pay overnight shipping because my car just can't sit on waiting for parts for that long. And get this... The order hasn't been shipped, all they've done was created a shipping label. Now that I'm calling to cancel it, due to delays on their behalf, they are charging me a 25% restocking fee. I argued against it and we could go back and forth on this all day; I finally gave up, told them to go ahead and cancel it, charge me for a restocking fee for items that hasn't even moved, yet. Take this lesson from me, guys; really stay away; it's not worth dealing with these vampiric guys."
